may be it is the time of Indian independence 1947 but the army wasnt too strong at that time and may be if it Happened in Delhi then it can be the 1984 riots that happened in Delhi coz the army was fully equipped at that time but 20000 people never died in a single day at that time.. nearly 4000 in 3 days died galti maaf karni jee..
