The reason i find midlands Sikhs interesting is because if you look at demographics you'll notice the same trend happening. Sikhs areas changing ect. Be very careful of the kashmiris (mirpuris kotlis) whatever theyre called. Im not joking in about 30 years they will have taken over your town or city I have seen it happen. Ive had a read of the leaflet, but I dont think theres any way of stopping interfaith marriages, we are too far gone with the problem sadly. Also I dont think women can groom men into conversion of islam. Usually the reason of the girls going with guys who are non muslim is the feeling of being suppressed in their family and/or religion as the reason for leaving islam and again finding a partner outside.

The bigger issue are corrupt greedy Gurdwara committees ignoring maryada for financial gain. They should all be named and shamed, and asked to explain the themselves.

Quite simply they know that there is no real consequences for them, so their greed prevails.

In fact you should tell muslim parents to let their daugters choose what they want to do, I garuntee you a lot will come and marry out of their faith if they had free will.
