  1. muslims and christians believe the world comes from adam and eve and they were made from clay. What does sikhi say about this? Don't we believe in evolution and millions of life forms? This question has been on my mind for some time. Sikhs have told me we do come from clay so this is why im confused.

  2. this area belongs to india. The ruler was hair singh nalwa. There was a monarchy which has been wiped away. Hindus and Sikhs have been cleansed from this area, now muslims feel they deserve their own state. This will further cleansed minorities away like they've been doing for decades. Pakistan will eventually control this if Kashmiri people did get control.

  3. All we can do is focus on ourselves and also on our own kaum, as well as trying to do prachar to non sikhs. In regards to the girls, If sikhi wasn't for them, all we can do is try guide them back.If after trying they still don't aren't interested just leave them, as long as you have done your best.

Like I've said before we need to sustain our population. I've read somewhere that in order to sustain a culture you need 2:1 kids. Therefore we all need to focus on having a good number of kids, forget the big cars etc if you can get them then by all means do it. But for me Its always better to have a large family in a small home. This is a good way for sikhi to live on. Also there was a point where Sikhs used to have the most kids, more than muslims to recoup our numbers, perhaps we should do this again. Start another Singh sabha movement.

  4. The three khans (aamir, salman and shahrukh) are hated by the mullahs. Salman was declared non-muslim a couple of years back for having hindu religious festivals at his home like every year, and saying that he was hindu and muslim. Shahrukh was the object of much hatred because he put the koran at the feet of a statue of durga in one of his documentaries, and because he got married in a hindu way to his wife.

Both just shrugged it of and continued...

thanks for the replies clearing it up now lol.

and fair do's to the three khans they have respect for their wives and other beliefs I don't usually say it but fair play to them again

  5. Ive spoken to a few Pakistanis who claim their ancestors converted from Sikhism, ie their great great grandfather etc... I always thought it was Hindus who converted to islam as a few hundred years ago Sikhi was so strong I wouldn't have thought it would be possible to break a Sikhs faith espc during the Sikh empire etc to islam.

Also (although off topic) do you think a civil war is inventible in the Uk between Pakistanis and everyone else? Do think its a muslim problem in Britain or a Pakistani Islamic problem because I know other muslims who behave much belter than Pakistanis in the Uk, Also compare Pakistanis in America and Canada with Uk they worse than Sikhs there.

  6. Ok I don't know a lot about this but my family come from Lahore and Lyallpur. What can we do about this? What action can we as Sikhs in the Uk take?

How can we also increase our kaum in the Uk which is declining whereas in Canada it is increasing. I myself am planning to have 5 kids are you guys?

  7. How can this be stopped?

    very good question.

I think jashb veerji hit the nail in the head with the national identity point. If we had our own nation we would be much stronger and this would also help abroad.

Other things have been said before but no one does anything.

It includes teaching kids about sikhi from a young age every night instead of bed time stories why not stories about the gurus and also about our history?

Making kids proud of being Sikh making sure we have unity and to do this stop all the caste crap and make british Sikhs run gudwaras instead of pindos who come hear and only care about money

Stop corruption in the gudwara stop the Gianis buying 50k bmw and mercs with sangats money

treat girls and boys more equally at home im sure many do but some don't, It will help. However sometimes a girl is gonna rebel no matter what even Pakistani girls.

make people more aware of the Sikh religion, like basicsofsikhi channel should have a place on sangat tv or Sikh channel doubt this will happen because we always are talk rather than action

Stop the mixed race marriages in gudwaras, teach girls that if you meet one bad guy not all are bad. Tell dem for sikhi to live on you should get married to a Sikh... common sense

but yeh wel see what happens in the future we got a long way to go. Khalistan will help, people are laughing at us all the time espc Pakistanis after 1984 we haven't done anything I don't know what we can do...

  8. Well, it's a good job that you're not within direct earshot of me, in that case, bruv.

I could let you in on a few home truths that are swept under the carpet at our community level, even those that originate around your endz, that might send you into hypertension.

The "josh" only exists in your late teens/early twenties. When you've seen and heard the worst of it, solid, for over a decade, it just doesn't mean the same anymore. You become tired, exhausted, and hardened.

This case was particularly distressing, I can't imagine what the parents went though, let alone the child herself. But bruv, I'm sad to say it, I wasn't even shocked. Not even remotely. Nothing shocks me anymore.

I think you're in Southall, if I'm not wrong, so you're far from the worst of it.

However, I don't underestimate the ability of Sikhs anywhere in the UK to keep their head under the sand until they, God forbid, become directly affected, which, let's face it, is just as likely in Southall, as it is in Bradistan - not only because of the changing demographic of this particular part of West London, but also because twitter and facebook have totally changed the whole ball game.

If, by "London", you mean Southall, bruv, then that particular part of London has already witnessed an explosion of paki kebab/fried chicken shops, and sadly, many can boast plenty of Sikh custom too.

And, like I've said before, pak muslim sexual grooming has gone on at close quarters to Southall right under our noses from well long before and still is now.

Beliefs like yours are sadly well persistent among our community, and only go to prove just how deluded we actually are.

Sikhs are sleeping, and pakis see them as sitting ducks.

Sad thing is, most of our community truly are.

Well I don't live in southall I have lived there for a year and it seems to me sikhi is still strong there as witnessed in the riots. SIkhs are strong there like when Pakistani kashmiris came from slough to cause trouble and got their asses handed to them they haven't said anything again.

But your answers are true about not having a national identity etc and your answers are also very descriptive and in my eyes true so well done to you for that.#

But yeh I would like you to enlighten me on the home truths about southall and west London,

Because demographically we are still very large compared to other minorities and even though its wrong to have gangs there are plenty of them (Punjabi) in west London area to protect Sikhs. Even in slough Sikhs are very strong, even though there are slightly more muslims.

Ive been to bham luton Bradford ive even lived in Luton and East london for a short while and the Kashmiri people here are very racist compared with Pakistani Punjabis in London who are quite integrated. Yeh there are a few kebab and chicken joints open now but they don't do it anything, well it hasn't been reported as of yet. Most people come from outside of southall to eat in these Pakistani restaurants anyway. Bham you see many Sikh girls going off with Pakistanis because the shere-punjab gave up long ago and Pakistanis or should I say kashmiris are spreading at a very high rate in these areas and therefore targeting Sikhs more who are being left as a minority. Ive never seen Pakistanis try grooming in southall or west London because u have some very tough singhs here as well as the afghan singhs who are coming here now.

Canada and American Pakistanis are the complete opposite of these bham Bradford luton etc ones and like someone has previously posted they don't even mind their own daughters getting married to non muslims such as Sikhs like a couple of my cousins who have got married to Pakistani girls in Toronto.

Vancouver is set to become the largest area outside India where Sikhs are going to be the majority, if you google this you will see. Why has this not happened in the Uk can we blame Pakistanis for this?

  9. I just hope the message is getting across

recently heard of a young Sikh girl going out with a Sikh guy for a few months, and when his credit card fell out of his pocket it had a Muslim name on it, she was really upset at the deceit.

various methods of trickery are used , including the old "all human beings are equal anyway" and "why are you discriminating against us"

"why are you being racist against Muslims" and " come on its the 21st century don't be so old fashioned, we can mix"

we should inform all of our youth to stay away from kebab and fast food joints with the halal sign, as this is some the main places that young people are started being groomed by gifting them free meals - tell your kids to stay away from these places....

This really angers me! Also why don't are our own boys and girls realise what muslims are trying to do. Whenever we try to help or advise one not to do it we get the response 'mind your own business' and all the things you have said above. When will girls and boys realise that for sikhi to live on we must get married to a Sikh. Why do they feel the need to go out and rebel? If you meet one bad Sikh guy doesn't mean all of us are bad.

These kebab and fast food joints are always where there is a Pakistani majority come to London no muslim would even think about doing this.

You don't seem all muslim girls doing this, I hope this can change one day.

  10. I agree with the broad sentiment of your overall message bro.

Although I don't quite agree with your assessment of a minority as "innocent muslims".

You might be shocked to learn that it's this so-called minority of "innocent muslims" that are potentially far more dangerous than the so-called "extremists", because, in the west, they defend, justify and covertly support the more obvious "extremists". This has been proven in surveys time and time again, so many times that you could spend a whole day gathering them and you still wouldn't be finished.

Furthermore, far worse than the more obvious, so-called, "extremists", their apparently "secular" image very effectively masks their islamic agenda, leaving them free to advocate for and implement shariah policies in ways that the so-called "extremists" never could.

Nor do I agree with your selection of "the Bangladeshi community" as "a few good ones".

You might only be talking about those that reside in the UK, where, admittedly, most, within their community stronghold of Tower Hamlets in London, are still struggling, poor, hard-up petty thugs and "shotta'z", trying to make ends meet and not overly concerned with devout islam.

But that's changing fast. The bangladeshi community both back home and in the UK, is rapidly islamifying, so much so, that the development is manifesting itself in a growing jihad on "non-believers" in both locations. Just take a look at the East London mosque, the biggest mosque in the UK. That became one of the foremost sources of "radical" islamic brainwashing when the Wahhabi's controlled it (not sure who does now), and the damage has mostly already been done.

So bruv, just give the bangladeshi community time. Eventually, they will all be just as fanatic as migrated pakistani muslims. They' re just playing catch up. My own bangla mate told me that the relative "asian-ness" of bangladeshi muslims was a symptom of the fact that they have been hindu more recently than the paks. So, as time wears on, islam, with all the associated "tolerance" of "non-believers" that that brings (lol!), will eventually replace the indigenous bangla culture of bangladeshi muslims.

You don't need me to tell you that that ain't goin' to have favourable effects, nor be a positive development for "non-believers". lol.

As we saw with the Bow Road Gurdwara arson, and we hear from the tiny minority of Sikh kids that reside and go to school in those areas; most bangladeshi muslims already ain't got too much love for minorities in their dominant area, including Sikhs: so you might want to reassess your view.

    __________________________________________________________________

Having said that, I ain't lost much love for the goreh either. And if we're perfectly honest, then they ain't lost much love for us either.

Those that think they could, on the whole, give a damn about the difference between us and muslims, even if they knew what that was (and an islamically biased school religious education national curriculum means that the white youth, in particular, don't!), are plain deluded my friend. Plain deluded.

Most of the working classes just see us as paki's; "brown" just like the rest of the "asians"/"muslims". Are any of us really naive enough to think that they don't? lol!

In terms of the EDL; well their particular courting of Sikhs has been discussed to death.

It's quite clear that Tommy Robinson couldn't give a flying f about Sikhs.

It just so happens, that at this particular moment in time, the EDL are so vilified in the mainstream media, that they are desperately seeking out alliances with like minded groups that are also facing the same problems from muslims as they are. A bonus point of courting the Sikhs is that the papers can't claim that they're racist (though that hasn't stopped them so far).

So the dumb @r$e$ that are supporting them need to know where they stand.

Let the goreh fight their own battles, dudes; I for sure ain't about to put myself on the line for some racist hooligans.

    Allow that blud. Allow that.

thank u for that info bout Bengalis never knew about it. I herd they are quite hardcore in east London, guess wherever the majority rule they will always want to be in control so will target everyone including Sikhs to not get trampled down upon. Most bengis at the moment are cool with Sikhs more than mirpuris but I guess from what you are saying it probably will change.

I agree with everything you say, you know the truth. I cnt believe how happy Sikhs are getting about Tommy. Ok he has a point we are getting good rep but we all know they all hate Asians. If Tommy had lived or been borught up in Vancouver or Southall im sure he would be hating on Sikhs.

Tommy was cheated on by Pakistanis with dealing that's the real reason for the EDL, although what has come out of it has been true. If muslims just got rid of their own extremists etc instead of laying back saying 'o its only a few' or 'they aren't real muslims' etc then they wouldn't have as big of a problem they are ignorant.

  11. By doing this you are segregating yourself from the wider community, like muslims and making yourself look like an extremist. Non amritdhari Sikhs will also be turned for taking amrit by seeing you act In this way.

There's nothing wrong in sharing food. Just because you are amritdhari doesn't mean you are higher than anyone else, when we all realise this we will be able to get our lost Sikh brothers and others back in the fold.

I remember when my chachaji used to bring his own plates to our house when I was a kid, me and my whole family felt disrespect, were we meant to be dirty because we haven't taken amrit? This is the problem we have in todays society and why people are being turned away, we have no unity.

  12. il say it again goreh don't like Sikhs. Why do so many of our so called Sikhs act like goreh, makes me sick.

Tommy robinson my be genuine and respect Sikhs, but he can also be seen as using Sikhs for his hate campaign. He targets all the innocent muslims even though the majorty are bad, there are a few good ones look at the Bangladeshi community Turkish etc.

By siding with the EDL makes us look like clowns. Why don't we form KDL? go protest against extremist muslims and racist goreh bnp etc?

Everyone is against us, even our own are our worst enemy.

The day we get the unity is the day we get khalistan etc.

  13. From what I've heard, stuff like Sikh girls marrying Muslims guys is close to being a societal norm in Canada, with the girl's family flinging open their doors and welcoming their Muslim son-in-law into their homes, yet in the UK I'm pretty certain such news is greeted by people with the clicking of tongues and striking of the forehead with the hand. :lol2:

what you heard is crap. Its more Sikh guys in Canada marrying Sikh girls cos they haven't got a rep of being wussys. Also Canadian Pakistani people aren't as backward as the Uk Mirpuri and therefore don't make a fuss over their girls marrying non muslims, everyones under the desi baner.

Uk is a big problem and its only going to continue with no unity. If u look at Vancouver Sikhs may do wrong things but its a tight nit community and Sikhs will keeping growing and are set to become the largest outside India soon.

  14. what are Sikhs views of the Turkish community in England namely in London? What is your view on their country? They seem to be really liberal democratic muslims. Don't u agree that they are better in their actions than Pakistanis?

    Let me know thanks

  15. UK riots what a time, peoples businesses were destroyed and sikhs who were standing outside protecting their gurdwaras also protected mosques, I remember seeing on live internet feeds muslims talking about converting sikhs then, on one feed mocking sikhs saying they carry knifes and are terrorists. Some muslims came on sangat tv, one muslim told everyone watching over that sikh channel (sangat tv) to the rest of the country to embrace islam and sangat tv didn't edit it out even though they were on a small delay and had time to take it out.

Other muslim guys took the time to flirt with sikh girls standing outside while we had facebook groups with sikh girls flirting with them. It was shameful and then a muslim channel was talking about making special conversion dawah packs to give to sikhs after their fasting ended to convert them. Not to also forget the presenter of the sangat tv who was standing outside the hospital saying allah hu akbar on sangat tv after a prayer ended of one muslim guy dying.

But besides the point we seem to find people saying those who don't keep kesh aren't sikh and anyone who ain't sikh has no right to speak about sikhi and when it comes to questions we also find a sense of individuals being fearful they might cause offence and individuals who respond to any question with anger, especially when they can't answer it.

did dis happen in London or bham? cos I knw if pakis tried to talk 2 Sikh girls in southall dey wuda got smashed up

  16. This is needed clean up the country. Most of London is a 3 rd world sess pitt.

Horrible Somilians and too many Muslims, this would halt the Isalmfication of the uk.

theres a differance between asylum seekers and illegal immigrants, illegals have to go

that's not true somalians don't really cause problems for Sikhs. Neither do Pakistanis as we have said before they are smaller in number in west London. London is so diverse its not just muslims living there I can tell you that.

  17. West London, isn't that where Illegal Khan breeds a new race of Pakis?

You laugh at west London, but the reality is Sikhs have a strong presence in the area and no one gets pushed around. Also people stay together, even if they do move out to other areas they are still followed by fellow sikhs. Look at the riots Southall got the coverage worldwide, why didn't soho road get coverage? Because they didn't do anything and are scared.

Pakistanis are a minority in the London borough of Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow. This is the way it should be when our community is together. Why are Sikhs getting bullied in bham? Why are the girls being groomed in 'alum rock'?

  18. Fair point. The fact is that when our lot get good careers and some cash in the bank the first thing they do is move away from fellow Sikhs and almost cut themselves off from their own community, as if they're too good for the "pendus" around them. When you do that, you're easy picking for vultures.

I agree. Pakistanis do this is also and move out to the suburbs. Only difference is they are so into their religion this will rarely happen to them and they will get married at the age of 18 to someone from back home and further grow their already large family and its empire. The sickest thing is they agree with cousin marriage despite all the news on how it causes problems to children, because it dosent say you cant do it in he quaran...

The good thing about London especially west London is that is Sikhs move away from the pendus out into villages etc like the ones around heathrow, other Sikhs are going to do the same, so out community will still be there. Same with slough and Langley. I have no idea about bham Im guessing they move out to white areas and become easier targets.
