lol we had the same problem with our Gurudwara in Croydon, the previous comitee were taking money for themselves, foolishly spending extra money buy paying the builders double to work on Sundays and bank holidays. The president for the previous comitee used to chew paan while the kirtan was going on. So my dad and a couple of other people got togeather and took the Gurudwara over but now theres Sikhism, punjabi and kirtan classes and there are notices up showing expenditure showing the exact financel status. Remember if you want to manage a Gurudwara stay togeather as one as differences amongst people will not let your Gurudwara progress
