This fake story is very likely written by a Nanaksari giddar to big up Baba Nand Singh ji and knock down Taksal as a whole. However there are blatant mistakes in this fake story that shows Baba Nand Singh ji was unable to read Gurbani and then accept it.This write up puts words in Baba Nand Singh ji mouth by saying Bhagat Dhanna Jatt ji met Akal Purakh by worshipping a stone. Bhagat ji did not meet him by worshipping a stone, but as Gurbani says by Bhagat ji's child like innocence. Baba ji was well learned in Gurbani and would not make this obvious mistake.

This is a failed attempt by the Nanaksari cult followers to justify their photo worshiping manmat acts. Trying to put authority without merit around their foolish behavior. Nice try fools with a pen. LOL

There will always be bad apples in every Jatha that would try to big there Mahapurshs up by belittling the other.

The story is fake, these bad apples don't care about Ekta in our Panth, we should just ignore them and do Seva for the Panth.

I think this topic has gone way off on a tangent in the wrong direction. I'm pretty sure the original poster just wanted a bit of knowledge but some people see this as a way of talking about other issues like certain gurdwaras,jathas,groups etc etc. it all sounds like a football match supporting certain teams and not others.

If they were not from Taksal or Mata Sahib Kaur Academy then someone from the respective jathas should have made a public statement!

Friendly advice - don't go around asking for Shudh Santhiya & Taksaal.

I read there was trouble between management of above Gurdwaras & some Taksali's over Santhiya classes.

Sensible people either take what is offered & improve later on or don't attend.

Secondly I agree with what you are mostly saying, but just because some "So called Taksalis" are causing problems at a Gurdwara, is there any need to stereotype the whole of Taksal.

If the members from the Academy have krodh & communication problems and no nimrata, yeah go ahead and bash them all you want,but don't bash any Jathebandia.

Each Jathebandi are like different colors of beautiful flowers which we can all learn from. It just annoys me when people say "this Jathebandi did this and this Jathebandi did that", how are we going to have Ekta if we Jathebandiyas start attacking each other.

I totally agree with harsharan000 that is just a representation of wanting to change the darkness to light. A Jot is lit at Akhand Paaths aswell, many Singh do Sampath Paath aswell with the Jot lit and keep the Maryada.

Singhs back in the days use to light the Jot to show reverence to Waheguru, to remind them that he is the Ultimate Jot out of respect and it was also used to provide light for Akhand Paaths during that time, as they was no electricity.

But don't get confused, we are not doing Pooja of the Jot, nor doing a ritual, the Jot is just there to show reverence to Akaal Purukh. Many Mahapurshs have done Vichaar on this that have Brahmgian.

And also if you have pictures in your house of Guru Gobind Singh, it is ok as long as you don't do pooja of it.

I don't want to offend you or anything but I have been to Punjab, and alot of Gursikh piarae have been brainwashed by the Sikh Missionary Dhunda, And I have personally myself seen them removing Jots from Gurdwara Sahibs.

There is nothing wrong of lighting a Jot while doing Paath to show reverence out of Respect.

If you give piar to Waheguru, he will return it 100 times back.
