    WJKK WJKF Ji, Men are often anxious about this topic when the scheduled marriage date is nearing. Most of the time it is just unnecessary fear created by ourselves and has no direct implications on the particular problem. On the other hand, if there are any related health issues, they can be rectified by acquiring a healthy lifestyle which reflects a balance of healthy foods, intermittent fasting, good sleep and workout. In terms of foods, avoid fast foods. Consume a diet which consists of green leafy vegetables (rich in Iron) and citrus fruits ( rich in Vitamin C). Apart from this, if the sperm quality and quantity is low, have a teaspoon of pure honey mixed in your warm glass of milk. I would recommend to soak any dry fruits and seeds first (for at least 3 hours) before consuming them. Ask your doctor if you need a supplement of zinc and magnesium - your blood test will tell if you are really deficient of these. Avoid eating in between your main meals. The digestive system requires rest and if the body and cope for the hours between dinner and morning breakfast, it should not be really difficult to have only fluids after having breakfast until the next meal for at least 6 hours straight. The longer the intermittent fast, the healthier the metabolism will be - especially if you are over the age of 30. Always try not to sleep straight after having a heavy meal. Stay awake for atleast 2 hours following the meal and if necessary, take a quick 20 minutes walk. A sleep of 5-6 hours should be enough but do not sleep more than 7.5 hours, if you are not that tired. Any workout should not be excessive but should be regular instead. It is recommend to exercise daily but if things don't workout or you are a heavy weight lifter kind of person, skip a day for the body to rest and work through any wear or tear of muscles and give time to strengthen them. Masturbation is not healthy and there should not be any need to be sexually active unless you are in a relationship. Before starting to have sex with your partner please ensure you are not rushing into the act - brain is the organ which controls the body , so be calm as possible - taking deep breaths usually helps.
