chatanga is using niddars definition really going to give any clarity?
so many people ask what did the nihangs do in the 80's? Why not go and ask the singhs in india they will tell you how they were tortured how their sons and daughters were killed, how they are permanently crippled.
Just becuase the Nihang Singhs have no way of advertising their shaheedis doesnt mean they didnt give any. I myself know countless singhs who gave up their lives in the 80's. Please do not dishonour those countless shaheeds, by starting this debate again.

Jassa Singh Ji - you seem not to be familiar with nihang singh terminology - any singh with a Farla is either called Baba Ji, Mahakaal Ji or Jathedar Ji.
Baba Sukha Singh Ji is not the Jathedar of a certain area rather he is part of the fauj of Baba Fateh Singh because he has been blessed with a farla and therefore deserves this respect.
If you lived in Nihang dals in india you would realise that any farla vala singh is never addressed by his name but by the titles - Mahakaal Ji, Baba Ji, or Jathedar Ji.
I take Santhiyaa from Baba Ji - I can confirm that Baba Ji is not calling himself anything not jathedar not baba ji - he has the utmost humility. I however respect him immensely and I have been blessed with having a chacha ji who is also a Mahakaal Baba Ji, who has taught me the respect which is due to a Farla Vala Singh.
I urge my brothers on this forum not to speculate negatively about gursikhs like Baba Ji.
I can pass any questions about nihang singh rehat onto Baba Ji when I meet them next for santhiyaa.
As for the comment by proactive - well we all know that the Budha Dal was started by Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji - with Baba Budha Sahib being the first Jathedar.
Chalo - each to his opinion - the truth shines brightly in the eyes of every Nihang Singh you meet...

We all throw around this word BEADBI - many people translate it as dishonour, disrespect, even perversion of the truth - but what does this word mean when applied to Siri Guru Granth Sahib, our Gurdwaras, and our Sikhi - when is it beadbi and when is it not - who decides is it the person who shouts loudest? And if so is this gursikhi?
I'm confused...

Can we stick to the topic please - and can the admin check all this random picture pasting of Sukha Singh. A debate that started on humility has gone into questioning Sukha Singhs character - a sorry state of affairs. I cant believe the admin dont clear this up.
The topic was humility and in particular the katha by Sukha Singh - if anyone's listened to this katha lets do vichar of that - if you want to praise or slag off Sukha Singh well then start your own post elsewhere. And as for random pic posting of Sukha Singh - calm down gurpreet101....

sadh sangat ji the sant samaaj have given the ultimatium for the 18th June 2007 for the goverment to arrest the Dera Head or otherwise on the 19th June all the sants of sant samaaj will go and carry out court arrest and protest for the dera cheifs arrest.
