I am in similar situation. I too used to exercise alot , walk like 10km or more than i left and i gained weight. I again i have started excercising . It os my advice don't loose weight because you feel you disgusting or bad but your reason should be fitness. To me being overweight is a sign of being anti life, so i am trying to be fit.

I think you are talking about Kurukshetra. The movie was so powerful and real that it was banned for a while and released later on. Why? Because it showed the Indian police in bad light, as in, trying to save the rapist just because his dad was the chief minister. But then again "It happens only in India".

One of the best books i have read is Art of War by Sun Tzu, an ancient chinese book of strategy and conflict.

I read Delhi novel like 3 times, it kind of interesting so is fedual lord. I read Mein Kamf, found it boring.

Prophet by Kahlil Gibran is one of the greatest books i have read.

My grandfather like most punjabis was from Pakistan but much before partion they went to Iran for trade. He is 90 today . One day he mentioned how his father used to do trade in NWFP, which is dominated by Pashtuns and they speaking Pashto instead of Urdu or Punjabi .

What Yogi bhajan did was wrong, i dont say it but SGGS says, btw three words i wrote i.e Pingala, ida or Sushma are the three channels of enegy as pers kundalini yoga to wake up the dormant energy.

bhai sarabjeet singh juzz sing like ghulam ali when he do classical. and most of his shabads

are from the BHAGTA KI BAANI and he use to recite those shabads in ghaZAL style.

and he has adopted the style of ghulam ali very very nicely.

his voice is totally same as ghulam ali.

now i know dat ghulam ali and bhai nirmal singh are friends.

ghulam ali also visited to nirmal singh's house once.

i know bhai nirmal singh ji.

I was searching net and came to several articles dating back to year 2004 where in Pakistani Ghazal Singer Ghulam Ali was supposed to come out with a gurbani cd with Hazri Ragi Bhai Nirmal Singh . Any idea about this cd.
