Sikh Channel will not support 1984 related programming or they will try to avoid it as much as possible anyway. According the owner only 50% of Sikhs in the country feel that Sant Jee was in the right, the others feel he was wrong therefore, he does not want to harm the sentiments of 50% of Sikhs. So dont expect much 1984 content on Sikh Channel any time soon. There was a Sarbat 2009 programme commemorating the events of November 1984 and they refused to advertise the event due to its "controversial" nature.

It would be interesting to know where Sikh Channel got these statistics from?? If we don't show the sangat Sant Ji's speeches they gona stick to there narrow minded thinking and never know what sant ji said. Sant ji spoke the truth and as we all know the truth hurts everyone. It is not that "50% of sikhs thought sant ji was wrong" its that they dont want to hear the truth!!

Our kesh should be washed every 4 days, and dried naturally not using hair dryers and what ever you have now days. Washing hair everyday is not compulsory as far as i know.

My chacha has been a pilot here in the uk and abroad now for many years working for many major airlines Jet airways, easy jet and ryan air. He has found it hard to find a job being amritdhari. And having his own family it can be very difficult becuase you have to work around the hours he has to work at like 3am and comes home at maybe 5pm depending on what haul flight it is.

In what way is this a reality check? Its beadbi happening right infront of our eyes...as i said above i havn't watched the film to be able to make a full judgement but the trailer does NOT reflect the title. Ocean of pearls i guess is referring to guru granth sahib ji mahraaaj and from looking at the trailer theres nothing that reflects the teachings of guru mahraaj?! It might aswell be one of those bollywood films..

I think the talk was GREAT! Mahraaj has done alot of kirpa on "Malkeet Singh" keep up the amazing talks.

Have any of you tried to run a channel? NO! So i don't think any of you can really say anything, the people running the channel are doing great seva its a shame people just sit behind there computer screens and criticize others hard work.

Sikh channel would not be making a big deal out of it if they had money, everyone will be moaning once they shut the channel down, but i guess it will be too late.

Hope enough gursikhs will be able to contribute and the sikh channel keeps running with mahraajs kirpa!
