  1. ummmm....this post aint ot offend anyone in any way....but normally i see bibya who wear a dastaar....and they look soo greatt!!!!.....but this question was bothering me....im not sure if ive got this right but frm where i see their joora ( on top of their head) is not on top of their dasam dwaar but more back if you get what i mean...(im not sure if its just bibyan as at the moment ive only noticed the bibyan)

......i know its hard ot notice the joora as they have a dastaar tyed.........but i tryed it aswell and realised its cuz they tie their joora more back....i mean is that how we are actually meant to tie the dastaar and ive missed out on that? :@ @

...also how do they manage to make their dastaar so flat....cuz when i tie my dastaar...its propaa bigg ( tall way)...and hey im not complaining but its just that.... it goes soo high that it feels really loose if ya get me?...like the keski slips up?......lol or probably cuz i dnt know how to tie it properly?......and its deffinetly not cuz my kesh are longer than others cuz my kesh have not grown to the fullest lenght yet........( by the way as ive brought this up...is it appropriate for me to wear a dastaar as ive started to keep my kesh..however as stated they have not grown to the fullest lenght yet...cuz someone did mention that to me......wel they didint state that comment exactly but i sorta got that impression :) )....personally i feel as wearing dastaar has inspired me and helped me to move ahead in my sikhi!

would like to hear your views sanagtjee

and if ppl do think this topic is far strechted then sorry ...just ignore the post loll

bhul chuk maaf jee/ sorry again if i have offended anyone

    fatehjee

mmm yes alot of biba do tie their joora at the back of their head, but this wrong. your joora should be tied on the top of ur hed. try tieing a boonga and make it flat to make ur keski more secure :@

  2. parji amarjeet singh

    camp was absolutly amazing.

the pyaar dat the sevadaars showd towards maharaj was amazing to

and hw can the camp be not good when guru granth sahib ji is there

i told you why the camp was not great

    cant you read?

    guru sahib is everywhere

  3. no no no this is not correct.

panchain is a jatha. it is a small group of people who split away from the akj in india in the 1990s because they did not support the freedom movement. since this time they have mostly died out in most countries. in some western countries people used this excuse to split away due to personal and family ego problems. now there are small crumbs here and there of panchain who do not have a good reputation for keeping reht or being great. there is currently a panchain smagam in uk and although normal people have made an effort for ekta it remains to be seen if they will rejoin and if panchain will be fully wiped out and terminated.

    thankyou

  4. randip, rather then givin links with loads of rubbish on maybe u shud jus speak and argue for yourself

firstly yes, when guru gobind singh ji killed animals they were given mukti. full stop

it sounds so stupid tht sum1 hu eats meat is tryin 2 call themselves a sikh

and the point about whateva ur panj says goes is also rubbish

if ur panj tell u to do somet manmat (ie. eat meat) they are not actaully panj pyare, panj payreh represent guru gobind singh, guru gobind singh would never tell his sikhs to eat meat.

its disgusting, eating a dead animal. and one of u meat eaters has admited tht its for the tast. therefore following his mind (man) therefore manmat

if u cannot see the difference between eating a plant and an animal you are blind. the tuk randip gave does not say anywhere tht rock is the same as animal, it simply says tht they have souls.

eating an animal is the worst form of jooth you can get, if u can kill an animal why not kill a man? plants are different, they dont have eyes, ears nose, etc. they dont scream in pain when u kill them.

if u want to eat crap then go ahead but dont you dare say that it is in accordance with sikhi.

IF YOU EAT MEAT YOU ARE NOT A SIKH

yeah please name some chardikala gursikh who ate meat, the fact is there aint none. cos if u eat meat ur not chardikala, YOU R PAAPI

and notice i didnt adress u by randip singh, because a singh of guru gobind singh would not eat meat

btw this amarjeet singh tarrandeeps brother

  5. no

    not at all

im one of those people hu think we should ALL rehit as best we can

tht includes food bibek, amrit vela, extra baniaa inaddition to 5 baniaa

of course you can still b a sikh if you arent bibeki, but youre sikhi would be much improved if you avoided eating from manmukhs

    my personal opinon

  6. for a sikh eating from amritdharis only and becoming bibeki is the ideal thing.. but some people are born in manmuk familes and they have to eat from their parents unless they want to strave of course/

a sikh should learn to carry their own weight around learn to be independant and able to cook 4 his or her self

as for eating at restaurants etc.. it should be avoided as you do not no what goes on behind the scenes

    anyway eeverything come from naam

keeping rehats live bibek or sabloh bibek is pointless if you do not jaap naam 24/7

"keeping rehats live bibek or sabloh bibek is pointless if you do not jaap naam 24/7"

    how stupid is that

the point of these rehits is to help you jap more naam, to jap naam 24.7 without rehit is impossible. to say tht following rehit is pointless is stupid

  7. to eat out as an amritdhari is pretty much disgraceful

not only is there a possibltiy of meat being in your food, which is a kurehit, full stop, no matter what randip tries to tell you. if you eat meat youre not a sikh

also, who has made your food? somkers, sinners, adulterers

    this WILL effect your spirituality
