    To first wake up at amritvela you need to have the motivation. Cos when most of us wake up its like : aww morning already? U people GO TO BED EARLY

    Whats so funny about GREEN color? Punjab Regiment in the INDIAN ARMY wear GREEN TURBANS, its their official color.

    I have a theory about intelligence and hair! Yes I no I no, but I like biology!

    We all have long hair (we should have anyway) and we comb our hair and we get loads of gunjala out, and it hurts, agreed yes?. The brain detects this hurt and sends extra blood up the hair where it hurts. Meaning that we have this extra oxygen from our blood in the brain... meaning that the brain actually works better! This makes sense don't it?

    This theory works in Einstien's case... cos wheneva u see his pictures, he's the mad scientist with the wild hair, innit? All the phropets including Muhammed and Jesus all kept their hair, see where it got them. Soo if you are thinking about keeping your hair, keep this theory in mind!

    Sangat Ji,

    Just wondering how you all met the person you're with right now, whether you're married or engaged. Whether by love, arranged, internet, some other way!? Should be some cool stories. We can start with mine.

    I met my wife a long time ago when were little kids, but we never hung out or talked, ever. I mean we used to see each other at punjabi class, and gurudwara, indian parties, sikh camps, but never ever talked... I think I said like one sentence to her like 10 years ago. And then one day, we just started talking and one thing led to another, and then finally we got married... It's just weird how the woman i was destined to be with was there the whole time, but I never even knew it.... grin.gif

    It is difficult because of your karam... (you people born into gursikhi families should be very thankful). My parents are Kenyan (bahaha) they don really support me, think i'm a joke yeh. But its all a test, i can see :D @ slowly (very slowly), the way there accepting me. They let me be a vege... but i gotta eat extra saag with lots of makann now (eww) its worth it though. The people who can get through this are the real sikhs! Hang in there everyone! Keep doing ardaas!
