someone emailed me thru sikhnet saying the site spoils the relations between sikhs n muslims...and called me disgusting...
...how did he/she know 
so i posted a message on sikhnet saying that i m not gonna hide behind an email...i'd rather answer u out in the open :v :g

I never seen a site like this before and when somethin like this is finally made... and basically the TRUTH is being spread ppl r complaining about it. HAHA ... im currently running ssa in a uni and when i sent the link out i also got some bad responses about the site... i tried my best to explain ... anyone wanna help chip in more how to explain better...
there main point was that we are attackng the islam religion and like paaji said that we r making the 2 sides worse....

If I remember correctly, this picture was made by a Christian lady who had a dream about Guru Sahib and she drew the Khanda by imagination. They've got this picture on display in the front of the main entrace at the Gurdwara Sahib on Guru Raam Daas road.
Another picture which amazed me there (Yogi Ji's house) was a drawing of 1699 vaisakhi by a Christian lady who had a dream about it after meeting some of her friends. The thing which makes it so amazing is that the lady who drew it doesn't have any hands and she drew the whole picture (reall big in size) with her feet. It was exactly like how we picture Anandpur Sahib. It's kind of hard to believe but this is what I was told when I visited that place.

Q:Sikhi seems to talk a lot about time-wasting rituals, but let's see. My Sikh friend said it takes him 40-45 minutes to do his hair and wrap his pagg around his head every morning, but , what if he woke up late one day for work...what's he gonna do....??? Aren't the 5 Ks a big ritual?
A: So, a total of ten minutes. I dare say that is less than cutting one's hair and shaving
Long hair is quite healthy as it is even a reflection of good health: (when healthy, hair shines, when sick, it loses luster), it is also not an impediment to daily life. In fact, you'll be healthier if you have long hair: no body resources go to replacing the hair that was cut: isn't it a slap on the face when you shave and then a day later, the hair returns? Maybe it was supposed to be there!

my fathers father (paternal grandfather) was a radhasoami he took his amrit from them in the 1940s while in delhi. His rehit was very strict. He would wake up every morning at amrit vela, do the full nit nem then two 108 beaded malas of mool mantra. rehraas and kirtan sohila in the evening.
no meat no smoking no intoxicants allowed. kept his 5 k's and was a great follower of baba ishar singh ji rara sahib and sants and sadhus.
Also ultimate respect of guru granth sahib ji as we kept guru sahib at home.
just because they treat their guru as another sadhu was the only difference.
i cannot criticise him as he made me what i am today never tried to make me a radhasoami. made me follow sikhi and tought me nothing about his faith.
when i asked him why he didnt take amrit from the 5 piaray he stated that amrit is not just water and should not be taken for granted. there is no difference in the amrit i and he had taken as you should not look at who you have taken it from or the rehit that you have been given but amrit is irreplacable and starts a chain reaction inside you in order to gain the amrit from the dasam dwar.
he taught me that god is like reaching the pinnicale of everest lots of people start at the bottom and work their way to the top. some get there quicker some slower some slower but all end up there.
after that i realised it is futile to argue and accept that god graces all no matter what you f
ollow.

Singh, I will ask em about the kirpans, they got lots of em. I might put their inventory online, for doing things worldwide, but already they got a good response from the toronto sangat, and have alottt on their hands, for this internet project, but it will get on with time. They got anything and everything in relation to buying things on Sikhi..
I'm gonna go there today, to see what I can help with. Jas Singh, and Daasn Daas you guys should come too, do your part..

Since dear veer khalistani was mentioning miracles which work till day,i wanted to add one more to the list.
When Gurunanak dev ji went to bidar (gurudwara nanakjhira near Hazoor Sahib),people there begged from guruji to provide them with water and Guruji touched a part of soil with his toe and sweet water started coming out of the place.This source of water runs endlessly till date.
Many scientists tried to know the source of water but failed.

OMG i would recommend anyone going to india or is there... if havnt bin there to go there ... FOR SURE! I just went during AUGUST! SUch a beautiful place of where guru ji came .... SWEET WATER ... reli its reli sweet!
One cab driver there is like i ONLY drink water from there... (since he drives sangat EVERY WEEK almost to get darshan for sangat at nanak chira from sri hazoor sahib)... he doesnt drink any other water

my closest friend here is a jatt...11 days back he sucked my blood for 2 hours forcing and then begging me to shave off my beard...all the while i was and he was almost :'(...i tell u our Punjabis are the biggest enemies of Sikhi...hindus, muslims, and even goray over here have appreciated when i tell them why i look what i look like now (no i still dont wear a pagg)...its our Punjabis who have and will always have a big problem..."Sikhs" in my university have been the greatest source of discouragement for me on the path of Sikhi...they will say that now u r in western society and so its only wise to mix up with them...teri aisi di taisi...jaake mooh te chitta paint maar leh fer te naale gora bannja...the way i look at it is that the world is not gonna accept u 100% anyways, and Gurujee is gonna accept u 100% always...so why the hell u wanna be what the world wants u to be???...there have been Punjabis who even crack dirty jokes on Guru Sahibaans (one was inside the premises of a Gurdwara)...i bet there wont be any hindu or muslim who would stoop so low...but our Punjabis just have to set records...so do
nt care about what anyone says...Punjabi or indian or muslim or gora no one is gonna go with u in the end.

Wow ... i feel for you bro jsingh ... dont we all go for that!! I bet everyone has went through some experience may it be a non-sikh or a punjabi or whoever.... everyone has been questioned about sikhi!

Just recently this mroning i had a ball hockey tournament. I was the only singh there... and to further exagerate the only non-white guy there. PLus im a goalie...
Everyone looking at me maybe heard a few laughteer.... HAHA a SINGH playing goalie (maybe not called me singh but somethin else but i didnt care) ... went out guru kirpa did a few acrobatic saves
and wat u know everyone asking u all these questions. It was great everyone wanted to know ... some were like ohh i thoguht u guys were only religious. Trust me singh you will get lots and lots and LOTS of questioning and every single day!
In SGGS it says, that Gur Nanak asks for those Gursikhs dirt of their feet who recites wahegurus name and ALSO GETS OTHERS INVOLVED. I love this line ( i think also my signature) ...
This is the biggest seva... if someone doesnt wanna listen or is being ignorant keep tryin....
guru sahib says ... chal singha, pher kadi sai!
Concluding this... we should have that FIRM faith and trust in guru ji... sikhi is too amazing... so r other religions... but we gotta show and make ppl realize and have them respect sikhi !

Khalistani veerji we understand your emotion where u r comign form and and i can say majority of the sangat respects bhai sajib ji ... but u have to read carefully wat veerji said in the above post. He said one
veerji said this and one said this.... one says this and one says this...
Basically we have soo many controversies goin on and veerji simply saying how to stop i t... cuz one says somethin and the other says somethin else... conflicts ... and DOUBTS in youngsters minds....
