Isit me or do other find that when reciting japji sahib by heart you get stuck at the 3 verses of asank jap bhao asank pooja asank tap tao, asin you carry on and then think did i do all the 3 verses or did i leave one out and then u go back to them

Gatra can be worn for long shastars, kamar kassa is best for very small shastars as they can be concealed and drawn much quiker than in a gatra..
