Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh
My name's Hardeep Singh, and I live in Birmingham in the UK. After I graduate this coming June, I'm thinking of doing an internship in NYC for a year. I'm really keen on it - but the only thing that is putting me off at the moment is not knowing if there are regular Simran programmes at either the Gurdwara Sahib or at Sangat's houses.
Here in Birmingham, there is always something on - so I have come dependant on regular SatSangat. If it is Guru Ji's Hukam to live without Sangat for a year, then I accept that - but just wanted to know either way.
My internship will probably be located in mid-town Manhattan (I'm sorry if that's too vague) and I will be living in Newport (NJ) just across the Hudson River from the Financial District in downtown Manhattan.
I will be very grateful to anyone who can give me information about Simran programmes within an hour's travelling distance of these locations. Thanks in advance. :e:
