  1. we as sikhs are being attacked by our 'own' just for money these actors are basically taking the total mic out of our religion making sikhs look 'thick' and 'lustful' the only way we can stop the indian gov is by uniting the khalsa panth when Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindranwale was on this earth we almost achieved that panjab would have been a totally different place. we should follow by his teachings and not wait around for someone else to take action.

  2. just try and show as much respect as you can to gurbani, in your mind you'll know if your doing something wrong

    thats the simple answer.

and i don't think people who constantly go on sikhi related websites would even consider going on obscene websites. its not impossible but not very likely

  3. For example, it was my cousin's wedding yesterday, wedding part at the gurdwara was fine, but the reception    I hate going to parties, but had to go or else my parents would look bad in front of everyone  And its just a bad atmosphere, with loud music, drunk people, and loads of alchohol.

    Bhul chuk muaf!

i know it can be hard to back out of wedding parties but you really shouldn't have gone if you're so against the things that happen at them. once people know your rehat and that fact you keep away from things like that they don't expect you to attend anyway. paji you shouldn't care what people think

my cousin got married and alot of the amrithdari famlies didn't attend the reception, there was no hatred towards them at all. why would you or your famliy look bad? you could explain your reasons why and that would be the end of it.

  4. lol... my dad watches history channel and national geographic all the time.

so does mine, i think its because they never really got education where you find out alot of intresting facts about the world, history, life etc...tv is the only way for them, looking at my dads face when he watches the discovery channel is funny he's so fascinated by it all.

tv progs can get really addictive its best to try and keep away use your time productively however tv can help you too.

    its all about balance.

  5. there have been so many but this one event i can never forget...

i live in a kind of racist islamic area, they probably had never seen a girl in guru sahibs roop around the age of 14/15 i got into sikhi and started wearing a dastaar. i could tell the muslim students would never look at me in the same way one hated me so much that he tried to kick me in the head infront of a white female teacher she didn't do a single thing just looked me in the eyes and turned around, thats what upset me the most. i jus sat there infront of the whole class and cried one muslim boy turned to me and said ''stop crying your making us feel bad''.

now i think back i wish i had got up and demanded justice, and not have been so weak and scared, shown that i am infact a true singhni. even though i've had regrets i'm thankful sikhi came into my life i have seen the other side, living a manmukh life is so empty and worthless. after that incident i decided to change and show people what sikhs are capable of....

its time we start acting like saint soldier and stand up for ourselves.

  6. ... if our Sikh guys had any guts they would follow the gurmat, become or remain keshdhari and wear their turbans in pride instead of trying to blend into the crowd.

that also applies to the sikh women, we also have a duty to follow gurmat, remain keshadhaari and wear our dastaar in pride.

  7. when i went to india i saw the same thing the homeless being kicked out by these men that claim to be sevadaars they are not following what guru sahib taught us they did not show any pyaar...langar is for the needy and the unprivileged section of humanity, irrespective of caste, creed or colour distinction...by serving langar to those who need food more than us shows that we care about whole of humanity..

next time i see someone being kicked out of langar for no reason im taking action :@

''The rules of the Langar require that all should sit in the same row and partake of the same food without any discrimination of being high or low, rich or poor, and prince or the peasant.''
