Gurwinder Singh nangli ji is a great sikh scholar based at baba bakala sahib. He can be contacted at +91 9914647591 Nangli ji has an old Pothi with him. This Pothi was started in 1710 bikrami(1653 AD). This Pothi was gifted by Guru Gobind Singh ji to Bhai nand Lal ji. Later some more compositions were added to this Pothi under the hukam of Mata Sundri ji. This Pothi contains a Bani called naseehatnama. Naseehatnama is not present in Guru Granth Sahib but is said to be spoken by Guru Nanak Dev ji to the king of Rum. Rum is not Rome but is an old name of region Anatolia(Turkey). The king was a tyrant ruler and Guru ji gave him advice about how to rule justly. I am attaching photos of Naseehatnama from the puratan Pothi from Guru jee's time.
