So, I have a variety of references to compile. And the free google books I linked in the other thread weren't bad. I have much better stuff archived to find. In the mean time I thought I'd see what youtube offers and a lot of it is garbage. But so far this guy stands out as being good.
This guy is good as well, but I would redo a lot of his mechanics, but anyway, he's also knowledgeable. The top video is more tactical and the second more mechanical.
