  1. Techniques to Clear the mind. Technique to know what is happening in the mind and become aware of it but not be affected by it. Remove thoughts/be aware of them and increase concentration/focus. Present moment awareness practice/techniques. Do everyday to get better at it.
  2. Hello I'm getting bad thoughts of people, in my head all day, I try not to think, but they keep coming back. The thoughts are about bad people, and in my head I try to destory them, thinking thier gonn and feel ok, and now recntly I'm very scared all day that my thinking and action towads the thought will kill them I feel guilty and don't like myself at all. Please Help me
