You need to insert the Windows (or Mac) Disc and boot from it and start a new build. This wil reformat your machine and will give you a fresh copy of windows or whatever OS you are using

My advice would be to learn how to find. Its a skill that is always necessary. Im not saying go after them and knock there heads off but be ready to fight if needed. Learn a martial art, learn to box or to wrestle. (Close Combat is the key here).

Ive been a victim of racial abuse before. They will never stop until they see your not angered by it.
