^^I went last year 2 Daily routine (prolly changed a bit): 5:00 a.m. - 6:15 a.m. Nitnem 6:15 a.m. -7:15 a.m. Yoga / Morning walk 7:15 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. Breakfast 7:45 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Sikh History / Gurmat 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. Kirtan 9:15 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Punjabi 10:00 a.m. -10:15 a.m. Break 10:15 a.m. -11:00 a.m. Kirtan 11:00 a.m -11:45 a.m. Punjabi 11:45 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Visit to Baba Ji 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Rest 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Snacks 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Co-curricular Activies 4:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Punjabi 5:10 p.m. - 6:10 p.m. Rehras Sahib 6:10 p.m - 7:20 p.m. Sports / Horseback Riding / Gatka 7:20 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Wash up for dinner 7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Dinner 8:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. Leisure Time 8:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Get Set 9:00 p.m. Sohila 9:15 p.m. Lights Off The girls routine is a bit different to the boys routine (same stuff but @ different times)
