What a Brilliant Idea!!

So what to have in replacement of milk in order to keep your nutrition up or whatever it is? Personally I would find it really difficult cutting dairy products out of my life because every single thing I eat will usually have some kind of dairy product in it. So that means we can't even eat langar.... totally confused...

I asked about if organic is ok, but apparently that just means the cows aren't trapped in the cages, they're let to roam around free in the fields..

I found out yesterday that cows are injected with hormones which make the cows THINK that they are pregnant so they produce more milk, and that's the milk we drink... So my question is, (and it may sound extreme to some people), but should we as Gursikhs be drinking milk that has been derived from a cow in such a manner? Isn't it wrong because it's basically not natural any more? The only place you can really get pure milk is by living in India and owning your own cow, and I'm not thinking of doing that any time soon whatsoever... or ever for that matter lol Lookin forward to your comments. oh yh all the programs are running fine, so they dont seem to be the problem.. i think... i've tried installing it (which was taking aaaages) but during installation it came up with an error making it unable to install it, saying something about service pack 1... It would be more ideal but i dont think it's be better for me because i never ever understand what people on those sites! i like to stick to a 'known' atmosphere where i know there are people who dont mind helping out. ok that might not make any sense, but i get what im saying

Vaaheguroo, thanks 'kaljugi' for that info. yh i have backed everything up, managed to do that before it got this slow. Yep my warranty has expired. I will definitely ask them. thanks for the advice, PC World is my last option, I'll do anything before going to them lol Processes = 72 "(i think thats bad lol) However... CPU = 5%, physical memory = about 33% and yes its windows, booooo mac! apart from the fact it cant get viruses lol

Vaaheguroo! thanks for your responses =) It's a Dell Inspiron 1520, Core2Duo, 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM, bought it 2/3 (maybe 4) years ago lol I have already tried to system restore it but all the saved restore points have disappeared. And when i tried restoring it to its default factory settings, the 'Dell Factory Image Restore' option isn't there for me to choose. I've tried booting it with a windows 7 cd but it soon came up with an error upon installation saying 'could not find the information about the disks on this computer'. And i literally cannot use it because its way tooo slow and it randomly restarts itself after a while, it sometimes comes up with the 'Blue Screen' too. Its really mashed up. All i wanted to do was totally restore it. But cant even do that. So i gave up wondering if PC World fixes problems like these....? Or would I have to give it to Dell? Any ideas? Thanks

I'm not sure if it's a software (virus) or hardware problem. Can anybody recommend me a good place to get it fixed from in Birmingham? Or does anyone know if PC World do computer fixing services?
