  1. You're walking down the street, you are approached by someone, they ask if you have a minute or two to spare for a quick survey, you say you're in a hurry to get somewhere and rush off. Further down you are stopped again, this time someone offers you something in return for a minute of your time, pleased at the fact you will get something in return you stop and give up some of your time. These people attract us by giving us things that please our mind, that satisfy our needs, maybe they come dressed in certain clothes, or they speak in a certain way to get your attention. If you ask a friend for help again and again you can bet that eventually that friend will get annoyed and stop talking to you, turn their back on you. Maharaj has given us everything, yet we still hesitate to find the time for our Guru. Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj has given Sacrifice 11 times to get our attention, are we still so inconsiderate that we will not give up one day to pay our respects to our Guru who gives us everything? Whenever we have a problem in our lives we can always count on Maharaj to be there for us, never stopped talking to us, never turned His back on us, can we say that we can do the same for our Guru? Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji gave his life and Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji called upon the Sikh nation to awake, creating armies he fought against the tyrants! Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Sacrificed his life so that a religion which he had not belief in could continue to lve their lives without oppression! Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji again woke the Panth and created aneed for unity and after the sacrifice of His family turned to his enemy and said, so what if you have killed four of my Son's, when thousands will rise in their place! Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale woke the Sikh's of the 20th Century, making them aware of the oppression and struggles Sikh's were facing in this day and age. Teaching us that if we are ever to break these shackles of slavery we must Unite! Read Bani, Take Amrit and become the Son's and Daughter's of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji so that one day we may be blessed to have his Darshan. On 16th March 2009, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Sacrificed 11 Saroops to teach us a lesson! We must unite to pay our respects to our Guru, but also to unite as the Khalsa Fauj that was once created to destroy the tyrants. If we do not accept our responsibilities, how can we ever show our face to our Father, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. With the amazing Kirpa of Maharaj there is a Sehaj Paath Bhog this Sunday, 24th May 2009, Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara, Park Avenue, Southall. After the Bhog the Pavitar Ashes of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Maharaj will be taken to the Thames for the final ceremony. “God has blessed us with beautiful bodies, he gives us good food and the greatest of all he has blessed us with birth into a Sikh household, then if we get tired or lazy we do not have the right to live – as we should be dedicating each breath to Sikhi Parchar.” - Sant Kartar Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale. The question to ask yourself is do we deserve the right to live if we cannot find time for our Guru.....

  11. Lol which silly comment? My point, as has been made before by others, is unity. Simple really, why pull sevadars left and right, we're lucky we have COSS in Canada, and that no one, as far as I know, wants to "break away". You may have the best intentions at heart, but at the same time you may not and may just want the "chair". I feel, that if it was best intentions, would you not have aligned yourself with an organisation that was already established, already recognised, already respected? No internet bahaduri being shown here, just a few opinions, hopefully some you may take on board.
  12. Yes KZ I was, read between the lines my intellectual friend - And I stand by my comment, if BSSF wanted to do seva they shoulda joined up with an organisation that is already set up, already recognised by NUS, UJS, and many more, and I'm sure KZ you would agree with that.
  13. Protest to who? I thought protest was against commitee, and if they're organising it, I'm confused I heard the fake BOSS organised last one, well done lads. Ask the BSSF to reschedule this new protest
  14. Bani tells us Ridhiya Sidhiya exist, but as a Gursikh we want more from life than these Ridhya Sidhya
  15. Dhanasaree, correct me if im wrong but in your signature, on the second line, is the shabad not Neel and not Nl(i), so a biharee and not a siharee?
  16. Has this been swept under the chadar again? Any updates?
