    ** The Real Fantastic Four**

    This is a remembrance program for the Char Sahibzade of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj, and their ultimate sacrifice.

    Please come and take part in this event to learn how these 4 brave Prince’s became Martyrs for our faith.

    There will be an presentation including pic's and videos depicting the events that led up to the Martyrdom of the Four Prince’s.

    This is truly a remarkable story that will bring tears to all the attendees.

    The schedule of events:

    5pm - Rehrass Sahib de Paath and Ardass

    5:30pm - Simran and Kirtan

    6pm - Presentation on the lives of the Char Sahibzadey

    7pm Talk by the British Muay Thai Champion - Pindi Singh Madahar

    7:20 A Choupai Sahib the Paath followed by Ardass and Hukumnama Sahib.

    7:45 Kirtan Sohila and Sukh assan de Sewa

    8pm Guru ka Langar

    Please do not put Guruji and Santji on the pedalstool (from the outward picture thats what it seems). Our Guru's or beyond anything in this world! I do respect Santji, what do you think Santji would say if he saw this poster?

    No not at all jee.

    You are aware that Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa's Shahadat has received such a battering over the last two and a half decades that it was important for their Shaheedi to be acknowledged separately to that of all the other Singhs/Singhania killed in the attack.

    Yes I know people and especially our own do not understand and therefore do not talk about it. If this is to be acknowledged separately then why not do a separate event then you can educate Sikhs of what Sant Ji stood for.

    Guru Arjun Dev Ji conducted the conception of Shaheedi for Human rights, freedom of faith, belief and liberty to live a free and just life.

    Yes we know that - The point i am making is that why not do a complete distict event for Sant Ji.

    Sant Ji is not being compared to Guru Ji in any way but i'm sure you agree that a son wishes to walk in his father's footsteps and this will be appreciated at the samagam.

    If son / daughter wishes to walk in his fathers footstep then all you need to do is take Amrit and keep Reyit, surly attending the samagam does not make you the son / daughter.

    Sant Ji has been referred to as a Shaheed at a number of events but this is the first time that he will be singled out as at previous events they have just camouflaged Sant Ji due to pressures or threats from a minority of Community.

    This will not be the case this time however.

    I disagree that you are going to single out Santji as you put in your poster Sri Guru Arjun Dev Ji Samagam as well. I think you have used Sri Guru Arjun Dev Ji to pull in the sangat in at the Gurdwara.

    In my opinion Santji should be remembered distinctly and then Sikhs can learn about his lifestyle and not base there judgment on what the press or other Anti Sikh organizations continue mislead Sikhs.

    Maharaj Kirpa hope the event goes well. I will not reply to any more posts.

    when it comes to marriage overseas, the people will lie if they need to. fact. i wouldnt consider marriage from, there are plenty of girls in uk for marriage. why you feel india is only option?

    You should not paint anyone with the same brush. I got married in India my wife's family are Gursikh her parents flat in delhi was ran sacked by yobs (84) who took over the flat and land. Their flat was singled out but they left in the evening (with the belongings they could carry for punjab) that night the whole flat was turned upside down - They lost everything.

    Point I am making there is still Sikhi in Punjab so do not write everyone off. I went to India cause the girls I was shown was not simply what i was looking for.

    I do think that the lie about the education thing is a biggy and i would be asking myself some pretty serious questions.

    It's no biggy. Just be careful what you consume. Do not forget only the True Guru is perfect. We are son's and daughters of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Think of it as a parent always forgives his child. In the large scale of things people do a lot worse.

    Only Maharaj knows whats going to happen in the future. Is this a test for him? You? Or the whole family? Surrender to his will concentrate on your own path, it just maybe he needs to do this to come back into the Sikhi fold. You have tried, let it go leave it to Maharaj. Treat him the same.

    My heart goes out to the family, in a kind of way they should be proud he stood up for justice and truth like our father told us to do. I have only started to wear sri sahib (Mahraj Dah Kirpa), just goes to show a kirpan is required more then ever in these day, for defense purposes. Any thoughts?

    By Mahraj kirpa i got married in India. I just thought girls from uk were not my cup of tea (the ones i met anyway). I met some in India but just did not feel right. My relatives found my wife for me, we met a couple of times. It just felt so right.

    The is good and bad in every aspect of life .... Just chill do ardass to maharaj and let mahraj take care of you affairs.

    Very true, I need about 20 with the proper covers - I was hoping that some Gurdwharas / bodies may have some saves effort and time. I did have a cd which was given to me which had all the Nitnem with proper covers and casing. I got the cd from Liecester but I gave it away.

    Does anybody know of a body / Gurudwhara that has some Nitnem cd's? I am quite happy to collect / pay for any costs. Sangat at our local gurdwhara have been asking. I know when you goto some talks that they give them away for free.

    My brother also got his hair cut, it was a shock to the family. None of us are Amritdhari, it is a shame what he did. Like veerji said his path is already laid out, may guruji bless all those that who have come out of Sikhi for a speedy return. Meanwhile continue with your Nitem and courage to get you and the family through this. It seems like Waheguruji has other plans for him .....

    I was walking home from work today, 2 hoodies looked like 15 yrs throwing stones at me from across a bust duel carriageway. Then challenging me, i called out to them and they started shouting. I walked off as I was listening to Jaap Sahib. I was more disappointed as I was middle of Jaap Sahib. I was so full of anger If I caught them I would have done something. I could not help thinking was this a test by waheguru.

    Part of me thinks i am glad i did not get my hands on them, the other part saying I wish I did I would have liked to give them a good thrashing.

  24. Is Alcohol Really Bad For Us, If We Drink After A Few Months?

    In my opinion. Once you get the taste of alcohol it becomes:-

    1. Every two months

    2. Every Month

    3. Once a week

    4. Once every three days

    etc ... etc ...

    The affects of alcohol is the problem. You dont think straight you become over confident, violent, look rudely at women /men, you dont think about the affect on your family ro your health. You need to be pure to achieve the oneness with your own infinity. Thats why Maharaj Guru Granth Sahib ji states it is a bad thing.

    Look around us the binge drinking, drink and drive deaths ....dysfunctional families, double standards and hypocrisy. Espechially in the Panjabi community.
