  1. Is it not pathetic dat once again......sikhs hav willingly offered their lives and battled hard 4 a cause which is not their own......yet get stabbed in da back by the very ppl who we helped 2 save. Thousands of sikhs fought bravely with the allied forces in the western front.....fighting without fear in french battles like Ypres, La Bassée, Neuve, Chapelle, Festubert, Loos, Givenchy and Somme. Yet our great sacrifices r 4gotten and we end up trying 2 uphold our own values gainst da nation whom we helped to liberate! Chirac and his french gov't need 2 wake up! I say, we Sikhs organise ourselves and protest......and fight not just 4 da rite to wear our god-given turban......but also 4 every1 2 hav da rite 2 practice their religion freely, regardless of their faith.
  2. But, Gill bhaji.......u must realise dat we as individuals all follow sikhi to different levels. It takes time 4 a sikh 2 become fully prepared enuf 2 become an Amritdhari. And jus cos a person has taken Amrit does not imply dat he/she neccesarily follows sikhi as strictly as other sikhs who hav not taken Amrit yet. I personally hav taken Amrit, but i must admit dat my level of Sikhi is far, far,far 2 "liberal" or laid bak than it shud b.....so one must b careful wen judging da sikh youth.
  3. VJKK, VJKF Big thanx goin out to all da sikhs on this forum.....massive RESPEKT! Your wishes r greatly appreciated. As part of dis humble sangat.....i thank u all.
