Just wondering why you think a polka-dotted pugree is anti-gurmat?

I don't think anyone is arguing the fact that you need to meditate on NAAM, but what a lot of us don't know how to do is meditation. I hope these files will help us learn HOW to meditate, once we figure out HOW to meditate then we can meditate on NAAM. Once I go through the files, I will post what I have learned (or what I didn't learn) on the boards.

No one has ever taught me how to meditate and I don't think their are too many Sikhs that teach others how to meditate (maybe I am not looking in the right places). If I can listen to those files and learn how to meditate and apply them to Sikhism I do not think that it would be a waste of time. Better yet, if anyone that has a SIKH version of the meditation files and posts them, it will be greatly appreciated.

I have a question then, how does one get married these days? Is everyone in this forum suggesting that people should have arranged marriages? My personal opinion on the matter is that having boyfriends/girlfriends isn't all that bad IF you have the right intentions (ie finding your future partner). If you are just looking for a good time then thats a different case.
