From what they’ve told me not much. But I don’t know if they tell me everything. A relative says they just talk about Gurbani in depth, but when they went once when the main man comes from India, I asked if I could go and they said ok they would take me too. But they never woke me up and went themselves. I felt they didn’t want to take me, like hiding something from me. I don’t know, I’ve never been and wouldn’t want to now.

I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for but it’s a description of the Bhagats and on clicking on each one, there is also Gurbani associated with them.

To OP, Show him the video. Ask him that if they are teaching the same stuff as in the Gurdwara, then why is going to them? He can still experience Sikhi as he is. Don’t pressure him to take Amrit, that God will grace themselves and when he feels ready to. He feels he can’t keep up with rehat, so he’s trying to find an easy way to fulfill his desire. And he thinks by going to them, it will be easier as it sounds all less easier, but he doesn’t realise he’s be following a person, rather than Guruji. What’s wrong if he does Waheguru Simran and Mool Mantar? Tell him he is able to do that and explain the meaning of them by showing him a meaning of them.
It also because your family is going there, so he’s more likely to listen to them, rather than just one of you. But one of you can make the difference if God graces it. Is a difficult situation to be in, because he won’t listen, but is there any friends of his who are able to help you?
Some of our relatives have become Radha Soami, and they have changed a lot. A paji of ours used to be so loving and caring towards me, and we used to talk about spiritual things, but since going there he’s become kind of like he’s more knowledgable than others. He doesn’t say much, but it’s just from his behaviour and they don’t seem to mingle as they used to before. Also, their personality has changed, although others say it hasn’t, but I feel it has, they’ve become more chust as you would say, but in a negative way. The bhabhi gives the odd sarcastic remark or try’s to infer things through conversation. She never used to do this before, and she was one of my best bhabhis. I just don’t feel like talking to them nowadays as they seem not interested in the interpersonal communication.

I’d say that’s a good feeling that some people get. Normally it’s hard to do it continuously or not concentrating, with mind diverting. But to be able to want to do it and wanting to carry on shows dedication, if it’s done with love.
