I would advise against this as such unions seldom work out. The biggest factor would be the path the children take. Will the father be happy if they decide to embrace the Muslim faith, as children are very close to the mother? What if the children all pick different paths? Which community would they belong to? It just causes such a headache.

As for the case i take it the girl has run away from home? You say she is Muslim, but depending on what culture she comes from he could have some serious hassle on his hands. Not a great start to any marriage.

Anyhow I am a firm believer in Sikhs marrying Sikhs, even if it is a man. We Sikhs don't have the huge numbers that other faiths have and should make it a priority that our heritage is not diluted.

Did anyone tell this to hundreds of their supporters when they trashed a place up full of Muslim women and children? By the way the women were kicked and punched to. For minority coming on here defending them, how would you have felt had this been Sikh women and children? You would have gone nuts, anyone with honour would have.

Anyhow it was so funny seeing their poor turnout today. They were expecting 7-10,000 and only 1,500 showed up. This was meant to be their "big one", the greatest march ever. I guess people have found better things to do.

Paa jee, these people are incredible hypocrites. I knew a little about Africa but the child sex trade is massive in Asia, in particular South East Asia. There are booklets, tour guides, girls for sale that are being raped by hundreds of men from this country, on an annual basis, yet the media stays silent. Utterly disgraceful. Having been to these countries for business I have seen it first hand, men, in their middle ages with young girls sitting on their laps. But the media, particularly the right wing media won't mention because they are white and middle class and the children are coloured and from the Third World.

Bloody, disgusting scum that should be exterminated. I'll echo what some of the other brothers have said and that is when some of our girls were treated like this, they just ignored us. Now it's happening to them all hell has broken!

Puppy Parmar, 31, was sentenced to seven years and three months while Sandeep Chauhan got six years and five months.

Preston Crown Court heard how the girl and a friend were given alcohol at an Indian restaurant before being taken to an attic and assaulted. One victim was abused by four men.

Police have never found any trace of Charlene and two men were acquitted of her murder after a jury failed to reach verdicts.
