  1. Simran Pen Jee, this is the greatness of interpretations, and yours is quite acceptable. But believe me, when I wrote that piece above, it was because, when I got that message as a forward, I saw some sort of wisdom in it, and felt sharing it with the sangat here, cause it summarizes, all the needful steps for our goal of becoming one with Him: Sadh kee sangat: the company of the holy, to get imbued by their finer vibrations Sewa: nishkam karam/ desireless action Simran: purity Guru Jee: Gur parsad Akal Purukh: The Supreme everlasting Truth. Sat Sree Akal.
  2. The sentence you ask for, means, one who has defeated the mind, has won the world. The world attracts us, as long the mind overpowers us, thus we run after the wolrd looking for our vaasnas to get them gratified. But if we follow the updesh of Guru Jee, as per, Prabh ka Simran, man kee mael jaae, then, the mind gets purified. And once the mind is purified with His Name, it stops running after worldy pleasures, then the soul gets freed from its clutches, and soars higher and higher by boarding the Jahaaz of Naam, until it reaches its True Home, Sach Khand. Mind is the only obstacle between the soul/jeev atma and Wahiguru. Once it is defeated, then there is no string which can hold the balloon of any soul, in the mayavee creation. Sat Sree akal.
  3. SADH KEE SANGAT, IS THE START OF LIFE SEWA, IS THE ART OF LIFE SIMRAN, IS THE PART OF LIFE GURU JEE, IS THE GIFT OF LIFE AKAL PURUKH, IS THE GOAL OF LIFE. Sat Sree Akal.
  4. No brother, you are not wrong, your opinion is valuable and most welcome.

HE only is our true friend. At the time of our birth (here it refers spiritual birth or the moment when this creation came in existence and we as separate being came into picture) he was the only friend and when the journey of the soul has come to an end, I see him only as true friend. He has been our friend throughout our all lives, only it took whole journey from the origin to coming down this material world and going back to our source to make us realize this truth!! Otherwise at the last moment of your life you will feel sorry, for you shall depart with blackened face, direct to the court of Dharam Rai or Kal Purukh
  6. In the end, to what Cloud Jee says, we may give any name, but the resullt is that, what matters most, are the fine and noble qualities of a real sikh, which are: humilty, faith, detachment, sewa and bhakti (deep love for Wahiguru). Sat Sree Akal.
  7. In addition to what Singh598 Ji says above, for those who may have still any doubts, as per what I understand, I would say, the matter he mentions, is the 5 tattwas; then the living matter he refers, means the mind is added in that matter, and the matter with consciousess, is when the jeev atma enters that primal matter. And the Sat Chit and Anand state of conscoiusness, is the primal state of that Supreme reality, Satnam or Shabad, our origin, in which all souls have merge either by His Hukum in this very joonee, or either, when grand dissolution takes place. Sat Sree Akal.
  8. The Bani says: Jeta keeta teta Nao. All that exists, seen or unseen, known or unknown, aboslutely everything is created by Nam or Shabad. In the begining of Jap Ji Sahib, Guru Jee tells us, Ik Oankar Sat-Nam, Karta Purakh. There is only one Lord, which is the doer, which is Nam, and that Nam is absolute Truth. Here Guru Jee does not means, truth how we know in this world, because everyting in the mayavee creation, is subject to decay and dissolution, except of course, nam which is beyond time and space, thus eternal abnd changeless, that is why, Guru Jee calls that Nam as Sat, means eternal and changeless, thus truly Truth. All the creation at physical, astral and causal levels, are made out of the 5 elemnets or tattwas, with the addition of maya and mind. In these spheres are included gods, devtays and their residence, known as Swarg and Baikunth, includiing all heavens, hells, and the rest of cosmos. Only Wahiguru Akal Purukh, is above all these spheres, thus known also as Parbraham, means, the Reality or Truth beyond the regions where maya and mind exist, or in other words, beyond the spheres of brahm. He is Apaar(great/unreachable), He is Beant(infinite), He is Soami(the Lord). Sat Sree Akal.
  9. Who says God did not create one religion? Religions are created by men, or ruling powers of lower levels of consciousness, just as gods, devtays But the Bani clearly says: Ekas bin sabh dandh hae. And that one, ekas, is Satnam, just as in the begining of Jap Ji Sahib, Dhan Dhan Satguru Nanak Dev Maharaj says: Ik Oankar Satnam. Satnam is the only permanent and eternal Truth since the very begining. Now the question arises, if He is the only Truth, how can He be realized and we become one with that our Origin? To that question also, the Bani beautifully and in simple words tells us: Jin Har japeeeya, se Har hoeeya. Gurmat is the supreme expression of Truth at our level by Guru Sahiban and Bhagat Jan, and following the essence in it implicitly, is our choice, if only, we want to become one with Him. That is true religion, because the purpose of religion is to detach us from maya and become gurskhs in order to achieve our goal of God realization, and not to enter in disputes, hatred, and wars, which is the result of agyanee and manmukhee religions... Sat Sree Akal.
  10. Guest Anon Jee, we must bear in mind that karam is a reality, which we almost never are consciouss about. Things do not happen casually. Maybe, we do not have that level of consciousness to see how the creation moves perfectly according to the laws of Nature. Evry relation we have in this world, every interaction we have others, or even the smallest of the events of our own lives, are due to each one´s pre-tailored destiny, that also, due to our own past karmas. No life can exist without "karam". If there is life, surely it is due to past karam. Telling Wahiguru to do this or that, is not like having prepared food, and then while eating, we find that salt or sugar is missing, then we go and add the needed, and resume eating our meals according to our taste. We are imperfect that is why we do not see the reality, and how creation works and moves accordingly and perfectly in communion with the laws of Nature. He is perfect and dayalu, why would He want ever want anything bad for us? The Bani says: aapay bheejeh, apaay khaae. Gurmat advises us to stay in His Bhaana, and if ever we have to do Ardaas, it should not be for any material things, but for that to love Him only, and get the strength from Him, to face our lives with dignity, so that our faith never shakes and puts us down. The Shabad Keertan below, is an inspiration for us, as per what to ask in ardaas to Wahiguru Akal Purukh. Sat Sree Akal.

  13. Listen Akali Fauj, you are a lost case. Of course Gurbani is total Truth. But to understand it, one needs purity, which I am sorry to tell you, you do not have. I have tried all means, being gentle or rough with you, but no way to make you understand, or to behave yourself. I have repeated you several times, leave behind your wickedness, and drive out the devil of ahankar within you, only then you may become a good human being and be able to see and understand Gurbani. I can see that in spite of your ill nature, you love Gurbani, but not even one drop of it goes within you, and thus you derive no benefit from it, rather, your ahankar gets inflated, and this is your weak point, but what can you do, you can not go against your nature fueled by you only, cause as far as I know, nobody forces you to be so wicked, ahankaree, or a liar, it seems you derive or get some sort of pleasure in behaving as a goon... Just as a drug addict, knows not that the drug is harmful to his health, but still he loves consuming it. Your drug is your wickedness, your ahankar. You will not get well soon by leaving them behind, at first it may cost you a lot, but if you want to be a good sikh, a good person, leave behind once and forever these your vikars. Today I will not counter attack all your false accusations as usual on me, in your post above. Not because I can not answer you, but because , it is a waste of time, no matter, if I bring a nail and a hammer, and make some holes in your head to pour them in, then too it will not be possible, because your vikars are not at a physical level, but somewhere deep within you, which only you can do something, if you really want to take them out, otherwise, nobody can ever do anything in your favour. We have all seen, how wrong you understand the Bani and make your own wrong conclusions, and still strongly believing them to be accurate....but again, that is because of your wrong attitude due to your sickening hateful character. Akali, for the sake of god, change yourself for betterment, life is short, no need to be so shameless ..... do not think, that if you change yourself, people will look at you weak, it is better to be good and liked , then wicked and hated...do not you see how people avoid you? I know, within you, you feel strong by oppressing people and troubling them, but the fact is, because of their decency, they do not answer you back as you treat them, some of course abuse you, at least as much you abuse them, but then, what happens? you create a drama, and an atmosphere of disharmony, which including you, somehow makes you feel uncomfortable also. Why Akali, why? Why all this needs to be done? Do not undercover by saying, you see Gurbani is wronged, so you interfere, because, you yourself are the biggest enemy of Gurmat, by presenting your manmukhee and absolutely distorted meanings of the pure Gurbani, otherwise you would have never said those horrible things, as of the Shabad Guru being the teacher of the body. Be helpful and sincere, people will accept and like you, though I also know, you are so egoistically arrogant, and closed minded, that you really do not care, what people think of you, this by itself is a proof of your deeply rooted ahankar. You look towards all as your adversaries, whom you want to knock them out, and portary yourself as a champion...if you make any so called friendship with someone, it is out of from your personal ineterests, the moment that person does not serve your purposes, you kick that very person, this also is a proof of fat ego. Do what you like, as I said you are a lost case, so from now on, I will ignore you totally no matter what you say or write, or if you try to provoke me, unless you become a good and a truthul person, which I and all really wish you to become. God bless you. Sat Sree Akal.
