  1. where is the name of Sant Baba Bhagwan Singh Ji in the list?

Veer ji , mahapursh would be right under Sant Baba Isher Singh ji along with Sant Teja Singh ji. Sant Sher Singh ji would also be there. When Sant Baba Isher Singh ji was at Rara Sahib, only 2 Singh's got to go down to the bottom story of the Bhora sahib. Everyday from 8pm to 10pm Sant Bhagwan Singh ji and Sant Sher Singh ji would go down there with Sant Baba Isher Singh ji, and were they were told that world does not exist down here there only god. Do not talk about any worldly matters down here only about Waherguru. At 10pm when mahapursh came out of the bhora sahib, Sant Balwant Singh ji (SriMann ji) would be ready with langar.

There are countless Mahapursh that were guided by Sant Baba Isher Singh ji, however Sant Teja Singh ji is currently at the main Rara Sahib Gurdwara so that is likely why he is the only one listed on the tree.

    Waheguru

  2. I am not judging it by myself but scholars agree on this issue.

You are suggesting it is a majority when that is certainly not the case. Recently Sant Hari Singhji Randhawa wale talked about family having Bhai Mani Singh ji's teekas from when Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji maharaj did katha at Sri Damdama Sahib. He said they resembled closely to faridkote teeka. I will just leave it that, to each there own.

    Waheguru.

  3. I thought that this was not alllowed in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib ji.

As this contributes to 'kachi bani'

You can sing it and record it by all means according to maryada. But you can not perform it as kirtan in the Guru's darbar from what I know.

I have seen many raagis, the classic being the famous Ranjit dhadrianwale singing in bits like 'uch dar babe nanak da' live on kirtan stage.

He was questioned and accused of singing 'Kachi Bani' in such instances.- To which he cheekily replied that 'All bani is Pakhi, so how can it be kachi??'

My answer- 'when you tamper with it you dufus, you make it kachi'!!!!

    and ignorance is bliss.
  4. r we sikhs or brahmins. every step we take we should start thinking is it kurehet. if we do things intentionally then they are kurehets. Gurbani says u sholdn't lie in daily life still sikhs do and don't back bite we do, there are many things gurbani debars. If u go against gurbani do u go pesh for these kurehet.

GUR KA SIKH BIKAR TE HAATE. PG 339

bujjar kurhets go pesh, otherwise we can usually do japji sahib/ ardaas.

"rehit pyari mujhko sikh pyaara nahi " ... Phul chuk maaf

  5. No, it does not break ur amrit. here is the story.

Once a gursikh was captured by mughals to embarrasse him they cut his hair and put hallal meat in his mouth and released him. He came to Guru Gobind Singh Ji and told the incident. Guru ji asked him did u have sex with any muslim lady he said no. Guru ji told him not to worry u didn't do anything wrong. If u had sex with a muslim lady that was for u that was kurehit and u did nothing for urself it was forced on u Likewise passive smoking cannot break amrit sanskar. Its my belief.

Please do not go on above story for rehit issues, as you do need to go pesh for accidently bujjar kurehets. However you should be okay with the 2nd hand smoke, but just avoid it whenever possible.
  6. If you ate it by mistake then just do an ardas. If you did it on purpose then go pesh.

If you still want to go pesh in February at malton gurduwara there will be an Amrit sanchar their.I still don't know when though.

. Bujjar Kuret you have to go pesh man. Agree with poster above.
  7. WJKK WJKF Sandh sangat Jio. I just wanted to ask if your allowed to do rehras after kirtan sohila sahib because me and my older brother went to Gurdwara and thought it would be on their but turned out they done it early.... What do we do now ? We are amritdharri and my older brother is freaking out ???

umm do Rehras Sahib and do Kirtan Sohila again, right before you sleep.
  8. The evidence that Gen Sinha has provided proves that the Bluestar was an avoidable massacre, information that could be used for a ware crimes convition for those that are still alive.

When Gen Sinha mentions Gen Sunderji rubbed his chin just before he died as a beard gesture, this could be due to the Shaheed Singhs that he could see waiting for him.

    Jam Dhoots you mean......
