I feel guilty. In the morning before leaving my home, I opened my siblings' room door and saw them, 9 and 5 years of age, sleeping under warm duvets admist the cold air-con. While I have gourmet cuisine for lunch and besan burfi, I remember they only had a handful of chickpeas for nourishment. While I type this with an iPhone in my hand, I remember them holding khandas and teghas and barshey in their hand, ready to face death and rewrite history. I feel guilty. For not being a good sikh, for not following gurudev's instructions. Don't you?

That's the scary thing. We fail to see the nirgun saroop of gurudev amongst us when we are engaged in worship, ie akhand paath. How many of us actually imagine guru gobind Singh maharaj sitting when our names are shamelessly read out during ardas? How many of us see gurudev looking at us when we go over to screw the granthi Singh doing ardas because he missed our name or read it wrongly because we cut a receipt for $1.25? Lol If we can keep this fear amongst us that besides only guru Granth sahib, our physical gurus are still ang sang sahai amongst us, We will be pronouncing our nitnem banis correctly, We will be doing akhand path with full devotion, We will eradicate our ego during gurudwara service The world will become a better place :-)

So if you don't believe in bachitar natak then you also don't believe in hemkunt sahib and gurudev's previous life.

Actually these guys are quite alright. They just get on my nerves when: They claim close association to guru ram das just because he wAs adopted like how they have Been adopted into Sikhism. They Include women in their panj pyare.majority, 3 out of 5. No comments. Some of their members keep slamming akj, making fun of their swaas swaas simran, accuse them of bullying Akal takhat into making decisions.label them extremists and that they produce terrorist organizations which give their last name "Khalsa" a bad reputation. Their body language reeks of despising punjabi Sikhs and looking at themselves as superior. A summary i read about the controversial virgin Mary fresco, they claim that the American Sikhs will go back and teach sikhi in india. So I assume taksal, akj, nihang jathebandis do Not teach sikhi. Actually that's a lot of things to hate them for.
