This problem is at application level...i.e. mplayer is buffering it to how it wants to, downloading it using a manager is just downloading it not preparing it to buffer it then play it while downloading....

Veer ji, What I have learned is in two years of hands on experience plus I bought a ULTRA SPARC 10 workstation to do lab and practise at home so, it worked out pretty good. I think if you are in uni or college than may be ask someone around who have knowledge or the hardware to study for Sun Solaris or atleast LINUX....
