Guru Nanak dev ji visited this place in 1506 AD and gave a karraa to villagers. Later a nihang Singh did sewa at this place and wrote a Pothi containing Chandi di vaar and other baanis. Even today 40 families in this village exist. They call themselves Sikhs but may be they hv started doing some Hindu things as they have lost contact with mainstream Sikhi for centuries.

Later Maharaja Ranjit Singh changed this place into a Gurdwara Sahib where joint parkash of Guru Granth Sahib and Dasam Granth Sahib was done and jhatka was done regularly. In 1947, sikh Sangat brought the Dasam Bir to patiala where it was in parkash uptill 2012. In 2012 this birr was considered to be too old for parkash and a new Dasam bir was parkashed by Buddha dal and late Baba Mohan Singh of bhindran taksal. This old bir is still in the Gurdwara Sahib. The Gurdwara Sahib in Pakistan is in bad shape.

Sikhs love all animals but in Guru Ghar there is special place for cows and horses. After them, hawks and baaz and even elephants are also greatly loved. Nihangs also treat dogs very nicely.

A person without naam simran is an animal. He will always make a group based on religion or ethnicity or some ideology to capture resources. Waheguru has given different things to different places. Somewhere there is water,somewhere oil, somewhere coal, somewhere natural gas, somewhere gold and diamond, somewhere metals etc..... There have always been resource wars.

They shud read human history. There have always been wars between countries or civil wars. The only reason Khalsa has survived uptill now is because we fought for our survival using weapons.

This world has always been a dangerous place. There is a reason Guru Gobind Singh ji gave us 2 big Granths (Dasam Granth Sahib and Sarbloh Granth) to make us warriors Guru Sahib gave us hola Mahalla. Guru Sahib gave us brahm kavach. We Sikhs shud change our lifestyle. Shastars vidya shud Be a daily or weekly activity of ALL Sikhs. From personal experience, respecting shastars and doing shastar vidya with discipline and ideally wearing a blue baanaa, one gets nearer to Waheguru ji and ones spiritual life also gets stronger.

Depends on the licenses of weapons nihangs get from Indian govt. Indian naxalites are poor people with no militant culture or history. But just in a short time, they hv started killing Indian army and BSF. We Sikhs are a martial qaum. We hv bir rassi dhur ki Bani of Guru Gobind Singh ji. We just need supply of good modern weapons during a civil war and in a short time, we will defeat all our enemies because Waheguru ji is on our side and Waheguru never looses as He is the self created primal being. Baba Banda Singh Bahadar with mediocre weaponry and a relatively small army defeated Sirhind. Sirhind in those days had a very strong army.
