    You are meant to be a daughter of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. You wear a Kara on your arm which is a handcuff from you doing any wrong. This may sound harsh but do not act like a Kanjari by using alcohol, defiling the body Guru Ji has given you by dancing in clubs, etc. Be proud and have some self respect.

    Guru Sahib is with us all the time he sees our innermost thoughts and we can't hide from him. What do you think Guru Sahib thought when he saw his priceless daughter drinking alcohol and rubbing her body against boys, when he had sacrified the lives of all his four sons and mother against these types of Manmukh principles?

    Guru Sahib has blessed you with a human life in which we have a chance to meet Vaheguru through Amrit, Naam Kamai, Seva and hard work. The point you are at now in your life is where you will decide whether you will try to follow the Gurmukh Path and do this, or you will follow the masses in a fruitless Manmukh lifestyle.

    Do Ardas to Guru Sahib in his Hazoori for him to do his Kirpa and in the mean time stop associating with these types of people and become serious in your Sikhi. I am sure there is at least some Gursikh Sangat, or at least Gurdwara, Keertan programs that you could attend on at least a weekly or monthly basis.

    Penji keep strong....Guru ji is right there beside you, whenever your soul cries out cry out for Maharaj t ji to help you not....No one else, keep in gurmukh sangat, and try to lessen manmukh sangat.

    I know its easier said than done, im at uni myself and it gets tough when your obviously having to do group work together meet up socialse with your friends, but no where to draw the line.

    Be a Leader not a a Follower. Follow only Guru ji's teachings and try to get others on the same path by first linking yourself with the right sangat.

    Im sure panji you will be alright....you seem like a singhnee with a strong mind...

    we should know how to tell the difference between the fake and the real..not say haha your a fake but atleast know in your mind....Guru ji has given us a powerful brain...thats why we ask for sumuth too.

    If we dont know how to tell the difference then maaf karna how can we protct any relatives of vulnerable young penjees from these kinds.

    Pajee any1 can do chaur sahib seva..its our shard that makes us want to come close to vaheguru ji.

    With this sharda, continous naam bani pyra..guru ji will do kirpa if anyone wants to give their head to guru ji. He has blesses those who want to be blessed. Take on estep towards vaheguru ji and He takes a million steps towards you.

    Vaheguru jee.

    On a typical day with gurkirpa i get Guruji's darshan in the mornings...

    ...however...

    if a day passes and i havent had darshan of guru ji especially on a uni day....all day long thats all that keeps coming into my mind...you havent had darshan....

    and then mind is in ecstacy when Guru ji's darshan are sought and the day becomes worthwhile again.

    btw. i used to come onto this forum going on about some nx subjects confused even after taking amrit, but thats only because i was not achieving upmost rehit. Guru ji has blessed this meek being and now the rehit upkeep has become strong and real....this sangat ji is the actual beginning of my life and the birth feels like has just happened.....Vaheguru, Vaheguru, Vaheguru, Vagheguru, Vaheguru..

    Thankyou Maharaj ji for guiding me to the right path...keep hold of this hand....vahegurooo.

    i reckon it depends what style you are tying, my brother ties a triangular pne so i kind of puts on fold together and gives it a quick iron on top to keep it together. Me because i tie a dumalla, i dont find a need to iron my distaars, they oflds juts come out the way you want em as you are tying....so i dont ifnd need to iron, beside i might just burn my distaar if i did start..... :lol:

    I have two/three distaars, one main one, my fav blue....which i wash at the end of the week usually on a friday, ready and neat for weekend smagams/progs etc, if it looks unclean then mab again in the weekday.

    Hi penji Mukhnaam kaur vaheguru ji ka khalsa vaheguru ji ki fateh,

    this is off the topic a little but could u give a quick answer.....a cousin of mine retook amrit a year after the fist because he/she wasnt waking up amrti vela enuf of the time...is that reason enuf to?
