  1. hello everyone, my first post, I have only read a few of the posts, not all, so sorry if someone had already mentioned it. I'm 17, and I see what is happening, people going out drinking ect. during school hours, with friends, they got they do it for a "laugh, socialise, bored" ect. most of them dont even like the taste of beer. The problem i feel is, that the parents today don't keep a close enough eye on there children, do you know, what subjects you son/daughter is taking, who there friends are and what are they like? if parents kept a close enough eye on there children, I doubt we would even be having this converstaion, Ive seen many good children who you woud'nt ever think would drink or anything like that, but it just takes one person to change someone, peer pressure. I have told some of the people in my year to stop, and its not good for them , 90% of them say," I know what im doing, i dont even have that much" two years later, there still drinking.... I'm not very relgious person my self, but I still dont like seeing any type of people drink or smoke, just for "IM BAD" reasons. so if any of you lot have children about 14-17 and they go to school, you may not know it, but they might be drinking and you may know nothing about it. Talk to them, tell them why it is wrong, otherwise they will carry on doing what everyone else is. Harvinder Singh Most children these days are good seeds in bad soil. hanging around with the wrong crowd just becuase it is "popular"
