I concur with the brothers and that it should be based on the teachings of Sikhi. Democracy is fine but what if we have a majority that wants to carry on drinking sharab in the open and smoke narcotics? Laws are needed to curb the excesses men and woman fall prey to.

First I havn't read the whole thread, but I'll speak from experience and being a sikh youth myself.

To being in re: to atheism, it doesn't exist. Humanity always has concepts of leadership, goals, dreams, etc.

Whereas in sikhi these are of shaheedi, sewa, etc.

Not meant as an attack but let me answer this one by one with emphasis on number 3.

For example, what is really going on corporately during a trial? However, that is research as I know how to never let it get to a trial stage, you just file a motion to dismiss and boom.
