If these tombs are historically validated and declared authentic, than Islamic bodies should set up entities to care for them in the Punjab. Secondly if this is attributed to religious sentiments, then from my understanding Islamic decries grave worship. So such an uproar does not make any sense. I would say the RSS is not behind this (if it is behind anything at all) but some local miscreants caught up in the tide of fanaticism sweeping India. Akhand paath should be read and listened to by the sangat, and not merely read as a ritual to make money for gurdwara's. No one is getting laha of more than one akhand paath being read at the same time. Sangat needs to stop this from happening around the world, gurdwara's are turning into money making machines and too much beadbi happens with numerous akhand paaths happening all at once. Gurbani is not ritualistic verses like brahmin veda's... Gurbani is a our guru, our teacher for our lives and we are doing so much beadbi in Akhand Paath's.

Situation in Hyderababd is still Tense. Muslims are organized under their local leadership and they are in Lakhs in Hyderabad. They can start trouble again. Local Sikhs say they do not want any more clashes or trouble. However, they need Sikh Leadership to come in forefront and talk on their behalf. It is duty of Akaal Takhat Jathedar, Jathedars of other Takhats, SGPC and other Sikh Institutions to come forward and support Sikhs of Hyderabad and help them in negotiations with Local Muslim leadership. Police have arrested around 100 Sikh Youth from yesterday till today. Jathebandis need to come forward to support these Singhs. As told to us by Bhai Gurjeet Singh from Hyderabad.
