6 Innocent Sikh americans were murdered in in 2012 in a gurdwara of all places in cold blood by racist white american terrorist Mike page wade who was trained in eilte pys-ops.

Other incidents from what I remember are:

9/11/2001 - babir sodhi was killed by a hispanic american who killed him because he thought all those with turbans are not americans and are terrorists. Various Sikhs physically attacked and beaten by racist white and racist black gangs of youths.

7/7/2005 - london... various gurdwara attacked 1 even firebombed by 2 white men in sheppards bush and Sikhs verbally attacked and looked at with suspicion by ignorant whites when muslim terrorists attacked transport system

feb/ 2015 - A Welsh Sikh is violently attacked by with weapons by racist white terrorist ex-british army guy.

We forget that the greatest terrorist threat that Western Sikhs face is racist atheist terrorists ie Latino or white terrorist / extremist and not a muslims.

Relatives of mine have said they remember the racism back when they were young in London when the KKK, teddy boys etc used to roam the streets. One pointed out that many of these people are still alive and kicking. So are their children. He said he still thinks it's still for a large part there under the surface and I agree. I still see it walking around London.

Some of my best friends And the nicest people I have know have been non-indian, whereas a lot of Indians including my own immediate family have acted badly towards me and have been racist towards other races. I feel same way.my parents told me if you are thinking bad about someone possibility is they getting similar thoughts about you as well.so if you think positive overall and you can only control your brain and mind and teach them train them to stop thinking like that and instead think positive and do paath always or listen to kirtan all the time. Also, Gurus told us to silence our minds. I found that when a really bad soul was around(one lives in my house currently) because they live in attachment, u may feel that attachment and mistake it for your own- it therefore triggers attachment within u. When u shut your mind up, there is no way for your thieves to be triggered and u just lie low practicing the gyan you've been taught, accepting yourself as nothing but an empty vessel. Then the souls pain(the negativity) just goes back to them because it belongs to them n they deserve it and it can't stick to you, because you're Nothing.

Answer to OP: Depends on your definition of rejection. If your mentioning worship than yes Guru Sahib does reject them. If you talk about them being normal creatures, (not Guru Sahib or Vaheguru), then yes they are lustful, angry, prideful, attached, and greedy. They need Guru Sahib just as much as we do, because without Guru Sahib all is meaningless, before the British invaded, there was a picture just outside Darbar Sahib where all Devis and Devtas bowed to Guru Nanak because he is the one they worship. All beings follow Vaheguru.

Devis and Devte can also become brahmgyanis- there isn't distinction between race etc- thats the law of Nirvair. If someone falls, be it Angel, God/Goddess, ghost or other type of spirit, Truth is always there to be practiced and to climb in the ranks again.

That's part of the beauty of Truth- u can be a serial killer who even tried to kill a Guru like Sajjan Thug was or a prostitute like Ganika was but still become a sant/Bhagat. We pay off our karams, but we have been given such a beautiful gift all by His Grace. He truly is unconditionally and All Loving.

We are even beaten by His grace- it's all for our betterment because how else will we learn and come back to the balance- recognising pain and pleasure to be one and the same? He pushes us to become fearless because He loves us.

Look around, the world is full of Ganikas and Sajjan Thugs before they began to practice Truth- the extra drunken fool on the Dancefloor at your cousins wedding or the group of druggies who troll your area could be the next brahmgyanis- there's so much work to be done here in Kalyug.

Practicing Truth in our daily lives, while out of the comfort zones can set an example for good souls out there and bad souls out there, some can even change just by being in the presence of the Truth frequency that u live.

In Dasam Granth Sahib Ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji relays what has been shown to him. He sets us straight about the Gods and Goddesses as there are many accounts that Hindus have given and relays these stories Obv for our betterment.

There's a lot to be learned from the accounts like not messing up like a lot of the gods and goddesses did with their spiritual gifts anda having fearlessness of demons, battle and warrior hood as in the Chandi di vaar etc.

It shows how a lot of his past chosen messengers and teachers have fallen from high in ego and Maya. Whenever u feel like your ego is rising because of seva you've done, your dastar and clothes etc, it's great to think of these passages.

Sikhs should regularly accept their inadequacies or they can't evolve properly and keep climbing up the Bhagti path. Make it part of your Ardas.

We're all free to do what we want rich sikh so do what u feel like doing. But I would advise doing what u feel is right. I gave money to Oxfam for people who couldn't afford food etc. Kids in 3rd world countries where there may not be great job prospects starve. Many of their parents know they can't provide for them, but have them anyway- attachment to culture is a strange thing as is lust(the world is obsessed with it.)

No oh my goodness, Gurbani is of course not at all corrupt- Gurbani came directly from the mouth of God- It Is 100% Truth.

Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji says that in the Satyug, everyone practiced Truth.

I didnt say to anyone to follow Jesus, I always say just follow truth, Practice Gurbani as it is the least corrupted teachings of Truth known to mankind right now.

The gyan in there is so deep, there are so many discoveries of Truth that the Gurus had that are so beautiful and astounding.

The thing is that Truth is One, it is Mool Mantar. But the discoveries are endless. So one can easily purify the heart, but the discoveries are endless.

The question is does the Panth agree Kundalini yoga is fine? I mean being a Sikh, Yogi Bhajan should of stick with concept of naam simran but why did he preach kundalini yoga? I don't seem to understand quite the reason.

Hi, Im not talking about the mantras and the rituals and yogi bhajans teachings as everything u need to know is in Gurbani- that wont change.

But the postures and breathing are very effective. U look at pics of some of the people who practice this and they mostly have really youthful healthy looking bodies. Coupled with weights and running, swimming etc- its great.

Im not saying this to get anyone to believe in 3ho teachings at all.

Im speaking of Kundalini Yogas health benefis which i myself have experienced. U can learn on you tube videos etc.

The whole basis of sikhi is unconditional Love and acceptance of Hukam. I have no malady, Im always hopelessly in love with the creator so im always happy- no negative being and no negativity sent my way can ever change that- try as they may.

He was ressurected by God so that certainly shows something- noone can really refute that. The message of Truth is the same as it was in Satyug- Truth never changes.

The Gurus weeded out the bits that were corrupted- Guru Nanak went so deep, the gyan he taught was very advanced- but Truth Is all an extention of Mool mantar.

My firm belief that Jesus was and still is a great great soul still stands.

The proof is in the pudding and was shown clearly to many in the end- He accepted Shaheedi- he could easily have refuted the claims made against him but stood firm in his faith and belief in Truth.

Wow you have one point- deep samadhi? Thats all. So just because they are in deep samadhi we shouldn't ignore the fact they are doing anti-gurmat ? That is total nonsense. In no way kundalini yoga is accepted in Sikhi. These 3ho followers follow Yogi Bhajan's footsteps who is already exposed by many even today's Gursikh named Gursant Singh who even wrote a book about his journey and coming across 3HO cult. Samadhi and looking after the Body temple we've been blessed with pretty darn well. Kundalini yoga is an amazing excercise- it has soo many health benefits, my relative has started doing it and people say that they look so healthy and youthful. Swimming is also a great excercise and jogging and weights.

According to my research, Sikhism is quite deep as it connects and talks to all aspects of One Universal God/Waheguru - Bhagti(devotional), Shakti (creative/destructive energy-Khanda-Bhaugti-Sword), Shabad (primal essence of sound via various pointers in body and via final pointer in body tenth door) and finally Shabad Gian - (God's divine pure knowledge -Bhramgyan) .

I just wanted to point absolute truth statements (here are some of many) in Sikhi which may help you understand foundation in Sikhi. Once foundation is understood then one can see relative truth in its context.

Sikh foundation is laid by Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji in Mool Mantra-

Ik Oankar - One universal Eternal unchanged Awareness Being-Light-Knowledge- God- all in one, one in all- expressing itself in its movement - creating, preserving and changing creation spontaneously.

Satnaam- which is Eternal Absolute Eternal existence truth,

Kartapurkh- creative Consciousness,

Nirbhauo- Fearless as resides in all (Fearless)

Nirvair- No enmity towards anyone as resides in all (Without Enemy)

Akaal Morat- Timeless being

Ajooni - Unborn

Saibhang- Self-illuminating/Knowledge

Gurparsad- Awareness Consciousness Bliss and its realized by Gurparsad- by grace of Guru.

In Sikh theology, Guru or its grace cannot be confined into person or physical thing as essence meaning of Guru is (Ikongkar) pure eternal awareness consciousness-chaitan which then immanent itself in its forms - physical living Guru

scripture- Sri guru granth sahib (Sargun), Para Shabad (Celestial emanations of primal sound), Intuitive Divine guidance (bibek)..This immanence is based on individual seekers- spiritual development states as this immanence helps seeker through spiritual journey every step of the way.

Ultimately aim of Sikh is to remove ignorance, remove doership (Ego) by grace of guru and realize absolute Non duality Truth - Sargun Nirgun Nirankar Sun Samadhi aap apan kiya nanaka Ape fir Jaap ||

Try doing naam simran looking up. When u do naam simran, in essence,u are connecting with n embracing the universe. Our body is symbolic of the universe, everything outside of us comes from within us.

Looking up, ur energy is flowing upwards, towards the dasam duar and trikurti. Also, do bandagee by applying Gurbani and naam during ur daily life. Never lie, not even white lies. Do good deeds, silence your mind and hence the 5 theives, be Good etc.

Recognise God in each action and All- he is all pervading so theres Nothing and Noone to fear.

You may find this impossible to apply as the Entire world lives in fear and wonder what makes u more special than any1 else, but you have the priceless blessing of Truth which only a few in the world have right now.

Go at your own pace, but don't just stay with only Anritdhari people, we know you need Sangat, but as Guru Nanak went to all people, you should respect all people.

Good sangat is important, but as I wrote in a previous post, sangat is also who u think of, not just who u sit with.

So if u sit with the Guru(who is also Gurbani) and always remember Gurbani then u always have good sangat, even if ur in the lowest hell realm in the throne room of Satan.

When ur in company of souls who do not practice Truth- just remember Gurbani which is the teacher/Guru- remember the lessons and apply them.

That is how we detach- stay lowest of the low- accept urself as Nothing(Truth) but an empty vessel for God to work through.

This is the thing. So many of the other religions look towards the next coming, in Sikhi we do not, but it's nice to read up on it as most do. SGGS is the Bani. Bani Guru, Guru Hai Bani - but us fools want mythical redeemers to return. Sikhi differs here from others, we have nothing magical, superstitious, auspicious yet the manmatt always prevails.

Das Guru Sahibs came, they preached, healed and redeemed. Left us with the Shabad Guru, yet we seek all the above.

Look, Guru Gobind Singh Ji relayed Truth in Dasam Granth Sahib JI.

He said he had a previous janam as Dushman Dan, Guru Nanak Dev ji and other Guru had previous janams as Lav and Kush, Sons of the Vishnu avtar Ram and Lakshmi Avtar, Sita.

So if u wana take their words and twist them and say that oh, they are only fairytales and mythical stories then fine.

The reality is: Guru Gobind Singh Ji and Guru Nanak speak of Gods and Goddesses having being Created by the Almighty( who is able to turn the Oceans into candy floss and the land into chocolate and you into a Unicorn in the blink of an eye)

Guru Gobind Singh Ji states that they let God down as they turned into egotistical beings, as did Mohammed etc and each time a previously great messenger did so and the world needed another beacon of light/teacher, He sent down another one.

The Gurus came and many have forgotten the core of their messages, Dasam Granth Sahib Ji says people will become extremely sinful and forget God/Truth.

And at that point, he will send Kalki avtar.(noone says kalki avtar will be a hindu etc, it falls into what Guru Gobind Singh Ji says about the Khalsa) It then goes into to say that he will then fall into ego after Satyug has been established on earth. This is relayed to us straight from the Gurus mouth.

We dont predict the future but the Gurus are Truth itself and so their words should be taken as law.

We shouldnt just wait around though because that isnt Truth practice.

The time is Always This very Moment, its always Now because tomorrow could be our end and there is Soo much work to be done here to teach the ultimate and priceless gift of Truth Gyan/Gurbani we have been blessed with to the world- and help others detach from the illusion of the khel also. A Real Sikh represents Gurbani-someone who day and night applies what Gurbani teaches. Being a sikh is not part-time or practicing half way.

Sant gurbachan singh bhindranwale in sukhmani sahib 21st astphadi below talks about bhramgyani gyan parloa avastha- turiya atith avastha -maha samadhi stage (stage of karak mahapursh like sant ajit singh hansali wale among others)- full absolute view so this is not just state of absolute which is out there some where above in sky in void this is very much LIVE and in experience yet beyond expereince as it transcedent all in non transcendental state

Jab ekėh har agam apār. When there was only the Lord, Unfathomable and Infinite,

ਤਬ ਨਰਕ ਸੁਰਗ ਕਹੁ ਕਉਨ ਅਉਤਾਰ ॥ तब नरक सुरग कहु कउन अउतार ॥

Ŧab narak surag kaho ka▫un a▫uṯār. then who entered hell, and who entered heaven? Who was avtar?

Closest best possible analogy (for understanding purposes not exact analogy) is given which everyone can relate to, even doubters or denials cannot deny it - is state of deep sleep, these relative realities does not arise or subsides in deep sleep because they don't exist in experience. So how can these relative realities be absolute?

Finally, I am not denying kalki avtar will come, off course it will come as its written in dasam granth..what i am saying one needs to see it from absolute so these things appear and disappear in from absolute and back in absolute so one does not carry away in relative realities and mistakenly take them as absolute reality. Many muslims, christians, hindus have fallen into this trap looks like many of us also do as we have crazy problem with personality worship as we forget about the source. Sikhs already been cautioned in gurbani and sri dasam granth(every living thing swallowed by kaal-primal force- this example is shown to rise perception of seeker from relative to absolute) by our guru sahib so we don't fall into same trap. In fact our mool mantar, gurbani mahavaks of unity make sures there are no separate relative reality on its own-sargun and nirgun is one in full harmony/unity to the point its all ONE there are no distinction. So whenever we talk about sargun reality on its own and totally ignore nirgun-absolute in harmony with sargun then there is a problem in mindset.

Gurbani tells us that the world is alseep. it needs awakening.

Id say that being asleep is like having a -1 charge, although we have been born which is a step forward and an opportunity to discover ourselves.

When u begin to discover yourself, to discover the Truth- ur charge goes to a 1, bam, ur beginning to awaken- ur frequency rises. Instead of just living ur karam- u Accept It as Truth- u discover Real Sehaj.

The Mayadharis run around living their karams but really not accepting them. They live in fear, anxiety, desire for something else, not realising that its all just really Him/Truth/ an illusion.

Being at peace with karam- being at peace with each moment and accepting it as Truth without the darkness/ignorance of fear(the 5 theives), enables us to Rise above the khel, the illusion.

When u go into samadhi deep within yourself- into the primal void, u are actively increasing your frequency to move out of ignorance and to discover yourself.

Hence your charge increases- u embrace and go deep into your pleasure and pain and move into the balance which is the only thing that exists there- pleasure +pain= zero/Nothing- just a high frequecy of Truth.

When u come out if it- u have seen what u truly are-and the aim is to remain in what youve learned there in your daily life- for its God himself who teaches us- through the Gurus-through the bhagats- through our own hirdas.

Stay grounded through the khel by applying gurbani to your daily life- remebering its an illusion no matter what scenario u are placed in. You'll begin to begin to realise physically that the void is in the khel and the khel is in the void its all an amazing beautiful illusion- the pleasure and pain. Our creator is very clever.
