Well in my book it's called madness pure and simple. They have everything they could possibly want in the UK. Plenty of mosques, their own faith schools and a good welfare benefit system that ensures they will never go hungry or homeless. This country has bent over backwards to accomodate these people and it is still not enough, I guess it never will be.

I would love to know what goes on inside these peoples heads, I really would.

Well to be female and have a positive relationship with your own body hair must be a good thing in my book. I mean the phobia created in the media etc against female hairy legs and the like has got to be unhealthy for young girls. To be embarassed to point of hysteria when a few facial hairs appear on your face is not condusive to building a good strong and confident female population. I usually do what I want all the time but this subject bugged me is all. You can put it down to some sort of Old Skool British mentality of making sure the ladies are OK and not being bullied if you like. A kind of misdirected chivalry. All I was saying about the pictures in your temples is it would appear to an un educated outsider like me that sikhi is a kind of war against intolerent and oppressive islam. That is just my impression from wandering around the big temple in southall.

Islam is the prophet Mohammed and the Quran and the Quran is prophet Mohammed, that's it, that really is all there is to it. Sunni Islam follows in the direct footsteps of Prophet Mohammed, he is their role model and ultimate Guru, there are very many Hadiths about Mo but the ultimate truth is the Quran to Muslims. What Mo says is the ultimate final judgement on all issues, until Jesus returns in the future maybe but Jesus is a very contentious issue between us Abrahamics and I shall not mention it here. I always say Islam is the cult of Mohammed and equally Chritianity is the cult of Jesus. I think Sikhi is the cult of Guru Nanak but then that's just me.
