  1. Wjkk Wjkf Veerjeo,

I haven't come across any such pdf myself but im sure you can make one quickly just by copy pasting the relevant Angs from sridasam.org ? or if you want, i can do that for you, but will need a day or so for that.

    Gurfateh!

Nooo Veer jee, please don't go through that - I'll do that if no one has the Banee themselves already.. if by tommorow no one has it then i'll get on with it and post it here.

  2. I've been trying to find this particular Banee either in pdf or word format but I can't seem to find it.. Perhaps im not looking in the right place... tried all Google and stuff but can't seem to find it.

Can some Guru Piaara please point me to what im looking for :)

EDIT : Also romanized would be useful because when reading new Gurbani I read it abit slower if you know what I mean.. if it's Banee I already read then it's like reading english but yeah... :)

  3. My belief, opinion or word does not count however I present to you my 2 cents.

I believe that Sant Jee was a true Sher (Lion) of the Khalsa and that he has done alot for us.. where it comes people saying he has gone gupt (hidden or not visible to the common person) - I believe this is wrong as a Lion doesn't need to hide nor does a Lion ever hide. I have my own pyaar for Sant Jee, so think what you want but I don't think someone so great like Sant Jee would go gupt and suddenly pop out 1 day. Where reincarnation is involved, well that's possible but Sant Jee coming back as his physical form that he has been reported to have left this world in is against the Hukam of Vaheguru.

I don't know anything so if I said anything please forgive me, but this is the way my brain logically wants to think.

    Vjkk Vjkf!

  4. As far as I know Pooran Mashi* (Full moon) Has no real spiritual or sikh related meaning... In the old days just as a couple of the above posters have mentioned is basically a time of the month when even in the old days when people didn't look at calendars and stuff would know that it's time to go get together (when the moon would be full geddit?_).. So just like a time for people to get together and do Keertan.. Pooran Mashi is just another day other than that when the moon is Pooran meaning complete or full.

  5. Interesting reply Khaalis, I like. However, if this is true - then why would one want to learn Gatka at all? if all Gatka is just a display of an art something that isn't actually practical but can only be used for display purposes then im sure there are countless other arts which are even more flashier that you can learn... Also when i've been observing the Namaskaar I don't think i've come across anyone who has recited Jaap Sahib during it.

Also, what martial art would come handy in "Asli Yudh" (real practical battlefield)?

  7. Effort is in your hand, sanjog is not. Do the effort, but do not get disappointed if things do not workout the way you had planned.

To not make an effort(with anything) is like saying there is roti sitting in front of me, but I will not make an effort to eat it because if it is in my karma roti will automatically be fed to me.

many people overlook this point - its 100% correct.

I use to do this - another thing this can be related to is people who wanna do bhagti - start don't get anything and say if its in my karam it will come. No if you don't breath tommorow you won't get the chance again :)

Not trying to take credit for what tubelight said - just saying its 1 good line I read today on this forum :)
