I did what you said for a few days, put on chandi do vaar

i actually did start to feel irritated/anger over things and so I stopped.

This thing is still here. Yesterday I felt it in the night so I got my husband to wake up and put Amrit around. He also had a encounter where he was half asleep, he said something came and he asked it if it has a l problem with him, it didn’t reply, then he asked if it has a problem with me and he roared. My husband never remembers dreams so it was probably real.

the worst thing is I don’t even do Amrit vela properly now as I feel scared to get up and leave the bedroom. I try to do it in my room but lights off so I just fall asleep!

im concerned about my daughter who I was pregnant with when apparently this thing was put on me. She is always angry, don’t know how I can help her

    Did it help you?

Amritvela have full ishnaan (inc kesh)Read 5 japji sahib and 5 jaap sahib, go to maharaj do ardas and make degh. Ask for forgiveness for any mistakes. Make sure you do naam abhiyaas every day. Naam simran is 50% of your nitnem.
then read 5 japji sahibs daily.

  2. A gurmukh can be in sachkhand while they are alive. Those that hear bani rom rom 24/7 and are in anand all day must be there. All mahapurakhs that have written books on their jeevan have stated that they have had darshan of vaheguru within during simran.  which obviously means sachkhand is within and then after death when the body is burnt they go to the realm. That’s the whole point of jeevan mukhat, otherwise what does that mean?

    bhul chukh maaf

These Gurmukh Pyare explain that the Panj Khands are real habitable places.

Hanji, I meant if you haven’t done the kamee you won’t reach there after death, you’ll go to however much kamayee you have done. Dargah, Swarg, narak, or the khands. One of these places are inevitable for everyone.

That’s what I’ve been told and what little I have understood from gurbani. Obviously they are real otherwise how would you reach there lol. It wouldn’t make sense to only do kamayee up to gyaan khand and expect to go to sachkhand after death, you would only go to where you have reached.

    Bhul chukh maaf

  4. Naam simran is the only way. You don’t get mukhti after death. Mukhti is only achieved while you are alive. You have to reach sachkhand/Turiya avastha/ dasam dwar while you are alive. You don’t go to sachkhand after death, we need to reach there before we die through simran. Jeevan mukhti. Gurmukhs have told me those who are serious about naam simran should do at least 3-4 hours everyday (normally gursikhs do about 2 hours).

My friend was not Amritdhari, never has been. Hence he is not in any way shape or form bound to this kind of beating. This was nothing short of thuggery. If they believe what they did was valid, then they wouldn't have to this day lied about it. I have already stated Sukhas reasons for this unwarranted act of assault, please re read my previous posts.

The gyaan Sukha has is irrelevant. Ravan had so much gyaan, he wrote a steek of the Vedas (not available in publication), and yet he committed the most reprehensible things known to mankind.

I must say that I'm not at all surprised by your words. Though I wonder, if your defensive view of him would be the same if he had done the same to you or a loved one. Would you still be as charitable with your "forgiveness". Somehow, I don't think so...

Yh sorry I wrote that post before reading your post on the full story. It’s clear Sukha Singh was completely in the wrong

  6. I was just curious on the third eye when I stumbled upon this post. This guy was a Sikh and explains he felt the vibrations in naam simran and how it’s wrong, lol. He’s obviously very mistaken but it’s quite weird to think someone who he explains “felt bliss” during simran seemed it to be a bad thing and changed to Islam.
it’s the first post that’s the ex Sikh. Read the whole topic posts as he goes deeper into what he experienced. He’s mistaken about yoga and side effects.

some modern AKJers in the west having being influenced by missionaries have ironically become deniers of Dasam Bani.

The jathedars all agree with Dasam bani. However, there are some prasid  kirtanis who refuse recite the bani. Lol so ironic as they always go on about bhai sahib bhai randhir Singh when he has quoted Dasam bani in almost all of their pustaks.

That being said they will 100% always be at least one shabad or tukk from Dasam bani at every rainsabhai. I think the Jatha is just against parkash alongside maharaj of Dasam bani and al lot of them only believe in the sodak committee changed bir.

Yes I read it in one of his books few years ago. Can't remember which one. But I am sure it was a quote from Ugardanti because I looked it up at the time. Sikhs of today have become very missionary influenced even though elders of the past believed in this.

Hanji this bani is mentioned in jail chittityan I think. Bhai sahib used to recite many Dasam bani everyday in jail like chandi Di vaar and charitars, shastar naam mala etc

    what does tankhaiya mean?

It means punishable. When a gursikh makes a kurehat Panj Singh give a tankha (fine/ punishment). So the person who receives the tankha is called tankhaiya - punishable.

  10. Hanji daas takes cold showers. When I was given Amrit panj Singh actually gave Hukam to have a cold ishnan and to start off with just having a cold keshi ishnan and gradually get into it. When I started to keep Sangat of abhiyaasi Singhs that’s when I got more serious to keep this rehat form their influence. Dhan gursikh.

I started cold keshi ishnaan right after taking Amrit, really refreshing and helped with simran. After that i completely cut out hot water such as washing hands with cold water to get used to it. Then before reading reharas and sohila I would have a cold panj ishnaan (this really helped).

then 6 months back I went the whole way and had a full body cold shower. It actually wasn’t that bad. The first 30 seconds are the hardest after that it’s fine. 5 - 7 mins is more than enough. Now it’s just normal for me. However, I still feel the first 20 seconds now but it’s cut down from 30 so hopefully after a while I won’t feel any discomfort. The simran gets pumping when the cold water hits lol so that’s a plus point.

when I feel hot water now it’s just very weird and uncomfortable, like it would be to anyone who has hot showers when they feel cold water. So just take the first step, It’ll work out.

rehatname states that those who don’t have a cold shower are tankhaiya.

have a cold keshi ishaan everyday, and a cold panj ishnan before sohila and reharas. Or after taking a hot shower, have 30 seconds under cold water or have a panj ishnan with cold water after.

Sorry this is a long reply. I can tell you are really into Sikhi and naam simran, so you deserve a full answer to your question.

Doing simran raises your consciousness from body awareness towards soul awareness (man tu jot saroop hai). Your soul is pure and originated from God, but is surrounded by maya. Imagine a diamond worth millions covered in layers of dried mud. Soul is covered in dirt of paap (bad deeds).

Imagine how much paap is stuck to our soul from millions of lives. When you do your amrit vela simran, paap is being cleaned from your soul. Imagine the diamond being cleaned with a brush - the dirt comes off in pieces. And simran will take the paap off bit by bit too.

Like we can scrub the diamond to break down the dirt, but dirt will remain on the surface. You then have to go and hold it under the tap to let remaining loose dirt wash away, right? These paap or karma which detach from your soul have to go somewhere. Think of a bullet fired from a gun, the bullet can’t vanish after being shot. It carries on until all of the energy contained within is released. Karma or paap is like a bullet in this sense, the moment bad action is done, future suffering gets written into destiny.

With naam simran, the EFFECT of bad karma toward you decreases significantly. Like, instead of an accident resulting in death, you walk away with small cut. Instead of a next life full of kaam leading you to hell, you just had a kaam dream.

This is why people give up with naam simran. They say ‘nothing happened‘ too soon.

Like we scrubbed the diamond, in spirituality the cleaning is done with fire called bharam agani. It’s generated during naam simran and destroys paap. Intensity of bharam agani is highest in sadh sangat. That’s why Guru ji says ‘sant jana mil har jas gaeo, kot janam ke dukh gavaeo’. It also exists naturally in the negaa (vision) of SatGuru or Bharam Giani. With one gracious look, they can destroy all paap and make you jiwan mukat.

Do as much simran and mool mantar as you can. Be patient and put the effort in, the dreams will flip soon as paap is gone. You’ll start getting daily darshan of mahapurakhs in dreams, dreams of doing sadh sangat in presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. When dreams become this sudh (pure) it’s a sign your future resides in sach-khand. And that’s dreams. Once paap is gone you’ll have experiences while sitting in naam simran too like seeing parkash (darshan of your soul), then darshan of Guru ji.

    Dhan Guru Nanak

Wow thank you so much veerji. Yesterday morning and just this morning it happened again. Your post has restored my faith to continue. It makes so much sense now. I was scared that maharaj was going to take away amritvela and simran from me because of these dreams lol. The cleaning process makes sense as I’m such a paapi.
    thanks,  gurprasaad.
