Desi team AKA Garam jall and "Banafsha" is same thing.. I grew up drinking Garam jall, it has no caffeine in it for sure because my dad is bebaki singh and he doesn't consume any caffeine at all. This Garam jall has only few herbs powdered and mixed in the hot milk, it's yummy!
