lolz ok firstly i dont know bt i think one of the Gurus said gays are gays because of their karma is mixed up..something like that.. plus without being offensive or anything i think being gay is probably biological and well a Amritdhari Sikh should not conduct himself in a physical relationship with one from his or her gender. Sikh people stil bathe in places like the Harminder Sahib...but thats probably to clean yourself before being in the presence of the Guru but i hear people say it will wash away your sins..... :D .....thats what the Hindus believe about the ganges.........

He is just a 15 year old from UK. How many 15 year old kids do you know that take pride of Sikhi? The point being is that at least he does have a little pride, which isn't really a bad thing IMO. Once he gets older and more mature, his understanding of Sikhi will grow due to his maturity level. i agree

Does he swear in punjabi or english since if he swears in english you could take him to teh gurdwara on days where there are more old people and try and make him cut down ....erm i dont know this is a difficult situation

Its irrelevant....but their are accounts by Mohsin Fani. Again whether Guru's did or didn't is irrelevant. They were at such a hightened spiritual state it would make no differnce to them. I dont think all members of SS are keshdhari... plus ive met many monas who are way more religious than some of the so called kesh dhari Sikhs ive met, infact its the mona type Sikhs who have mostly helped me and inspired me to become a better Sikh...just because you been brought up to keep your hair doesnt make you any more religious/better than mr.x who hasnt! In fact ive mostly felt intimadated and looked down upon by keshdharis until 'recently' when i started to feel more comfortable and became more 'spiritually'/religiously aware. :TH: Just because a few Patits inspired you, it doesn't mean that is always the case. Its' ususally the Patits that leave the Singhs to be outcasted. Calling Singhs "Gianis" and all that BS. You don't see Singhs going around calling Patits "Rode" or something. The fact of the matter is, they are Patits and intill they don't follow Guru Gobind Singh's way they cannot be Sikh. I don't know why they feel so bad, when we tell them to keep their hair, they know what they doing are wrong. Oh yeah, they can jaap naam, and do seva but when it comes to keeping the identity they don't want to have to do anything with Sikhi, why the double standards? Either do it or don't. Don't be a Sikh Wannabe. lol i mean people who are on a journey themselves and are NOT sikh wannabes but they do genuinely try and follow Sikh teachings and keep their hair now or in the near future...i hate Sikh wannabes who are mona and say they 'reppin sikhi,' on their profiles hi5 etc but have pics of alchohol bottles and other stupid non sikhi stuff

I dont eat meat because i love animals and believe in animal rights, :D in India i made loads of animal friends when i was little, like moowee the chota, cookur the cock, dave the maj and happy the dog that humped my leg 24/7. Plus i thought God was in all so you cant possibly kill and eat animals when given the choice its not like your starving and on a remote island ehme a vegetarian diet is just as good as a meat one.

Beans give you padh, you what they say 'beans the more you eat the more you fart,' now this can be connected to alcohol since alcohol might make people fart....

I know some Sikhs treat monas differently but i know plenty of religious Sikh monas who are more into Sikhi than people who have kept their hair but its a pity that some kesh (dhari) Sikhs just think they better than mr x because mr x has no kesh, so mr x goes and gets himself the chop

Veerji it is not very good for making rotian especially for langar. You well get tandoori type rotia and as no doubt you know they tend to dry out quicker. Old people will not be able to chew the rotian too well if cooked in pizza oven. Tandoori rotia are tasty as hell damn my stomachs rumbling..... hai hai. We could make some normal rotia for the oldies, man if they had tandoori rotia that would be awesoem yum yum. Sorry if im going over the top but i wont be having indian food for the next month or some since im at uni and have exams :sady:
