Raj karega khalsa "baki rahe na koi"

The correct phrase is Raaj karega khalsa aaki rahe na koi. The word aaki means enemy in it's simplest form but can have deeper connotations to worthless or evil thoughts as well. Khalsa is a community of people ordained by Guru Gobind Singh ji who value truth over falsehood. So essentially it means Truth Or Truthful community of people will rule and the enemy shall not prevail.
