Does anyone know where can i get khalistan flag from? I need it.

I want to go to lords cricket ground or oval to watch india play england in the test match and want to take khalistan flag wiv me.

Lets also threaten the goverment that sikhs will vote BNP if they dont pass acts to stop agressive convertions, tell labour a few "porkies" wont do any harm.

In the case of forced conversions much can't be achieved unless the victims come forward....that's where the problem is: not many girls come forward so that they and their family is not ashamed in public.

shaktiman promotes hindu values and proves it to be the "best religion" coz the rishis create a superhero to fight evil

becausde of this my sikh cousins started liking hinduism bit more than sikhism..

Fantastic idea....i remember the london sikhi week discussion at westminster uni. Manvir singh gave a talk and elaborated that how people from different religions or communities use fictious brave characters like superman etc (shaktiman is the hindi version) to inpire their kids and then he made us to count shaheeds in our panth and we couldn't stop counting coz we have countless brave charactes in the sikh history and more importantly the history's authentic as well and not fictous or mythological.

Shaktiman .....lolz we did use to watch it a lot, and there was another hindi serial of such heriocs of an arabic guy the serial name was Alif Laila. And yes as a kid it does affect ur mindset a lot and those little things stick to your mind and heart forever.....had that been a serial of gursikh it simply could have inspired many youngsters like me and my mates and we'd have been willing to take amrit and be like that "superhero" ( for ex baba deep singh ji) rather than doing kes katal.

Yes 5 vices are our enemies...but they are our inner vices and they have been the vices of every individual since beginning. But apart from that there are some worldly enemies too.

Like we had mughals, turks, afghanis, pahari raje etc but that doesn't mean we didn't have 5 vices as our enemies then they existed at same time with every individual's 5 vices. Likewise apart from our 5 vices there are a lot of other enemies who have nefarious designs aimed for inflicting damage on people's lives.

We don't have enemity wiv anyone on the basis on cast/religion/race etc it's the ani-panthic activities that alert us. Abt hindus yes those who call themselves hindus, do guru nindya, poke fun at sikhs through wesites, movies etc, aim at destroying sikhism, create terror like rss , arya samaj, bajrang dal, shiv sena are our enemies.

akaash radio plays SDO's bagwaas every sunday morning, on one hand they call themselves panthic on the other you hear this man talking rubbish and discredting everthing the panth believes in !!! so if it closes perhaps it should have listened to what it was playing... you can't have it both ways, serve the panth and then play stuff which talks about how Guru Granth sahib ji can't be our guru becus it can't remove a fly, how harmandhir sahib isn't pavitar at all, the list is endless... when he was queried on why he continues to play these tapes his answer was we should take the good and ignore the bad !!!!

I'd slightly differ wiv u paaji on panjab radio issue. I listen to panjab radio as well as akash radio. Panjab radio aint dat bad. Yes they made a mistake in giving time to ghagga on air who did speak shyt but their presenters gurdeep singh ji, jasvir singh ji and satnam singh ji are very good and won't even dare to speak against any guru sahib or shaheeds even i myself heard gurdeep singh ji saying " people question whether baba deep singh ji's head was severed or not but little do they know the power of naam...they should first try to reach that avastha before questioning". They are very committed and wise as well. As for ghuman i don't know him coz he rarely comes on air but he's definitely mona. I support both radios as well as two others like sukh sagar and amrit bani (respekt for them for running 24 hrs bani and sikhi related stuff and nothing else) simply for the reason that they are doin gurbani parchar. We need to back up and make our media stronger and appreciate their good work rather than differentiating who'd good or bad.

And a reminder to you all. Plz help akash radio and help make our media stronger. We are very weak coz we don't have proper sikh media. I have no words for sukhwinder singh ji's praise.

Jatha is a group of people or a team. Since they have formed a sweet sikhi team jatha is absolutely right word to use. Like we have jagowala jatha and other numerous kirtan teams which are called kirtan jatha for ex bhai balwinder singh rangila and his jatha etc etc

He had been running this radio station since last five years amidst finanicial difficulties but never asked sangat for money and radio survived on voluntary donations of sangat and sometimes out of his own pocket in crisis. He said that because enough donations had not been recieved in last few months and the bills kept piling up and eventually they have now recieved the final notice by Sky either deposit £40,000 by june 15 or they will face disconnection. They had never asked sangat for help but said that things had gone too far this time and they had to disclose this to sangat and finally had to ask them for help. They have appealed sangat to donate money so that radio can be kept running or they have to shut it down and debts will be paid by selling the radio station which was evalued and was estimated worth £100,000. They have also invited that if any panthic party is committed to sikhi parchar and are ready to takeover the radio station for gurbani and sikhi parchar they can come forward and takeover. As soon as they announced it on air listeners from uk and all over europe called them on air and gave them moral and monetary suppory. All the sangat was so generous and had so much love for Sukhwinder Singh Ji and the radio and said that they would not let the radio to close down no matter whatever happens. At one point Sukhwinder Singh Ji was so moved by sangat's support and nearly broke down and became silent on air while taking up sangat's calls. Nearly £8,000 has been raised as per das' calculations as they announced donations on air in just two days by but the next few days are not gonna be same coz most of the listeners have already donated and target is huge. a report is being shown on the dss baba. in the portion just concluded they read out a letter from a dera girl describing all the nonsense things baba is doing the in the dera.The channel reporter also blamed the illegal and immoral activities of the dera quoting many other sources.

Thats what i was thinking, ppl were blaming indian media for biased coverage why doesnt sgpc address this? Start ur own press nd tv channel, haven't they got money when they spend so much money on palkis, airconditionong and on other matters.

DGMC is in negotiations wiv some companies for setting up a sikh tv channel. It wud be interesting if sgpc also contributed in some way maybe a news channel and a daily which would present our viewpoint . Maybe panthic daily from the same panthic weekly online staff. That wud definitely wake ppl up.

Actually the position of singhs is quite strong in panjab. Dera are quite nd the dont know what to say or how to react apart frm their usual arguments and talking abt peace and police have also started aresting dera chelas. Obviously closing of deras means death to the cult and frm their perspective it's unacceptable.

If the refuse to close deras the situation is gonna be tense coz there's gonna be a deadlock b/w panth and the cult.

I just had a chat wiv my mate in bathinda and he said singhs are in chardi kala and many were after his life and they were quite ready to attain shaheedis. There was huge gathering in damdada sahib takht and ppl came frm various places shouting jaikaras and brandishing kirpaans and were in anger as we all know they even manhandled jathedar nandgarh.

Next 10 days wud be crucial.
