generally we say the boy should be 2 or three years older, or at least older than the girl. because boys take a VERY long time to mature. and us girls mature way quicker

i dont see a problem in the girl being a bit older than the singh. i would say the girl being 4/5 years older is quite a considerable age gap, but agen its up 2 u. i know of adults wer the bibi is 6years older than her husband, and ther fine.

its a matter of faith, for me after seeing my panj piayre, the feeling you get....wahiguroooo. then questions like, does it help an indivdual, seem absurd to me. why wear the five k's, my beloved panj piayre gave me the humak to wear panj kakars, and tht reason is good enoguh for me. i think your looking at the outter stuff too much. im not sure if your amritdhari or not, but amrit isnt something we get or go and look for, it is a gift we receive after giving our all to mahraj.

Well basically what I'm trying to say is you know when u close your eyes, your controlling what you see by not looking at nothing but after a while your mind starts wondering if you have nothing to concentrate on. So the third eye is the eye of your mind, as you start imagining stuff in your mind when your eyes are closed. Therefore in order to control that eye you need something to focus on. That's why I suggested that, but as I don't know much I may be wrong so forgive me.

well when we have ishnaan and wash our hair, although we have keski with us, our head is uncovered? does that mean we cant recite gurbani or do simran?

the aim is to recite gurbani/simran 24/7 and due to combing/washing the kesh we dont keep our kesh covered every minute of the day.

i know alot of people who whilst coming into sikhi started to read more baani kant, but didnt have their head covered. so youth started having a go at them, which made them stop doing the baani altogther, becuase they got confused, as they wernt ready to cover ther head 24/7.

Ideally we should all cover our heads 24/7, but for the people who are strating out, the main thing is that they are doing baani in the first place, the after that will get more piaas to keep stricter rehit.
