  1. Dear Khalsa4everji, Wonderful question you have raised. This question has been raised on many forums with different views. I will suggest you to hear the tapes (Amrit) of Veer Bhupinder Singh, (www.thelivingtreasure.org) and you will get your answer. A lot of people curious to know this are satisfied after hearing these tapes. you can ask for these through this website.
  2. Fateh to all, Very good topic ji. Even we discuss this thing at our home. Sikhi is not only being removed from punjab but in other parts of India too. It is not only the work of an organisation to tell or force sikh people to keep hair and tie turban. For this, mind set has to be changed altogether and this is the main job of today's Sikh Leaders. But alas, results are before us. But I know someone who is ahead with his WONDERFUL MISSION to bring the youth to right path. He is not only a good preacher of sikhism but also teaches to with with truth and humanity. I know a large number of people who after hearing his programmes, have brought imperative transformations in their life-style. He has tried his best to do away the evils such as dowry, Nasha, hatred etc. which are eating our society. Seems to be amazing but it is true. He is a Gursikh, Gurbani is his life and he teaches truth and humanity. Through this, a sikh, who is a learner, knows about his Pehchaan, his pride and his identity as a Puran Gursikh. Veer Bhupinder Singh has done excellent work for our religion and he is a true savior. Fateh
  3. My favourite kathakar is Veer Bhupinder Singh, USA Wale. He is the one who is teaching the real meaning of humanity, the sikhism. He is great personality. Plz. vote for him.
  4. Fateh, Yes Veerji, Its true that today is the time for practisers. But can not we see where our young generation is leading. Especially in Punjab, 80% sikhs are cut-shaven and girl childs are still not accepted. We say we are proud to be sikhs, where are the sikhs. Sikh does not live for him only, he lives for others, for humanity. And I again ask who is teaching us humanity. We have SGGS Khajana and who is capable enought to teach us the teachings of our Revered Gurus. Please reply.
  5. Dear Sadh Sangatji, Gur Fateh to all, In today's world, is there a need for sikh preacher or teacher to teach sikhism. If yes, whom do all Sikh Sangat think is perfect today who could teach us. We know our present Guru is SGGSji but do we try to read it every day or understand. Most of time we spend in Nitnem banis, Rehras Sahib and Sohila. A lot of people, including me have Prakash of SGGSji at home but we never find much time to read it fully. Only during Kirtan Darbars or at different programmes, we are able to hear Great Kirtanees. Who could a good preacher - An Intellectual, A Granthi, Kirtanee or Humanity ................
