don't worry just yet ppl leave it with sl33k_s1kh for the min. just keep ideas coming. here's an idea (hopefully this wil take off) how about we orgainse a blood donation thing at the gurdwara so the sangat can find out more about blood, organ, bone marow donations. you knw hoa the nhs is always going on about asians not donating enough of these things. leave it with me for a while (could be a little slow), let u know if its possible. this can be one of those string off things hopefully moving on to bigger and better.

lets think what we know already we're going to go to punjab, 2008 for a month, looking for a chairety we can help. need numbers, ideas give this a few days once its moved from this section see what happens, we then work from there.

firstly we need to get this thread out of the fun section, so ppl who have experince can join in help us out.

clam down it's ok maybe we should get in touch with the sikhsangat sewdars, i don't know if u'v seen the thread in the genreal section but they run this campaign, we should work through them, i'm sure they're willing to help

lets look at some sikh charites get some ideas and talk to them first

don't really have any experinace but this has always been a dream of mine so have thought these things over a little we need to look at numbers, then look at what exactly we want to do help, kids, homeless, disabled etc then look for contacts in india s133k_s1kh that when you come in (thanks, where abouts are u?) decide whether we want to work with an org or start something alone. get money togther, get some experiance, info from charites over here. then have a huge discussion (no doubt of few arguments) not forgetiing most importantly ardas. decide date, book tickects, get on the plane and we're off. this is a very brief action plan obviuolsy not the final (looks more like a joke) but hopefully get an idea.
