Vaheguroo jee I am goin to vancouver for the first time beecause my masi just moved there...she teaches at the Surrey Khalsa School, and i just wnated to know, are there goin to be an jatha programs there during aug 14-25...im goin be there those dates, and if anyone can show daas around vancouver taht'll be great....i dont want anyone to go out of there way or be a burden on anyone... if you have the time to show me around or give me some company there, it'll be great.....u can just email me.. vaheguroo jee

rehitnama?... okay..this is wat i belive, i believe it is not wrong to tie ur dari up..it is simply done to present urself clean and tidy..when one goes to an interview for a job or anything else, and theres hair flyin everywhere, the interview or anyone else for that matter may get pushed off by it....in order to live in western culture and have a "normal" life, its almost enivitable to tie your dari..and if u can go to work without tiein it, than tahst even better... bull chuk maf vaheguroo jee

there are other ways to reach kids...you have to act like that in order to do it.im not sayin he's wrong....he gave up his previous life style to preach the word of the guru.. doing that..he should know to respect it properly..and he has people in his "jatah" (if u wanan even call it that) that arent amritdhari, or even sikh...he has a muslim guy from nepal, and white dude, and some other people.... its awesome he has people to chuk amrit an all..but theres a certain way you should go about things.. bhull chuk maf vaheguroo jee

vaheguroo i have yet to chuk amrit.just one quetion, the punj teach you a certain way to do naam bhyaas....a gursikh friend of mine taught me how to do it, as well as the giani ji of my guru khar....inhale vahhe, exhale gurooo....thast the way i do it...wt do to the punj teach you..and does it make any differnce... bhull chuk maff vaheguroo jee

vaheguroo jee yes i can confirm this...he does keertan lke that, and he acts like its a concert and he's a performer....i remember one time, he hassaid.." and my next number is"..this isnt a concert where u label a shabad as a "number" thastis just plain disrespectful to Guru's word...if he had respect he would know better than that..i despise his keertan and refuse to listen to it, or support him in any way wat so ever... just my two cents.. bull chuk maff vaheguroo je

vaheguroo jee gurmukh pyaarool...beautiful example....makes perfect sense and i beileve applies too all over us one way or another.... i personally do not liten to music..and even when i work out, i listen to some fast keetan!!! ..lol..to get y blood pumpin and that always seems to work.. the reason i dont listen to musis, is first, i have no desire to listen to it..and secnd is becase that when listen t it, i am wasting my time and could be listenin to gurbani and learn something useful..... just my two cents vaheguroo jee

vaheguroo jee wow...this story sounds realy really familiar :T: ..o yea it is!!....this also happend to me!! let me tell u wat i did...it worked for me in a matter of days (maybe a week) hopefully it'll work for you.... first i listend to keertan..keertan that really moved me (Bhai Manmohan Singh ji La 2002 Raensabhai)....it was awesome..because i understood wat it said..and also cuz i was there and the anand i felt at the time just came back..and eveythign else seemd to go away...guru pyaaroo, when the love of God comes over you...nothign else matters..no feelins for maya, lust, wanting another person emotionally..everyting jst goes away..it the love of God absorbs you..its veer, it feels great..... second, i would suggest do simran with yourheart....son of guru gobind singh ji put it very welll...do it with your mind, the mouth just helps.....( vah vah)...lol...but yes, do tat...im sure it'll help you..Mera Badh Guru Gobinda... veer ji this is just wat i did...and i got through it..but we all know nothing can happen without guru sahibs kirpa....pray to him and he'll help you through this... just my two cents.... ||chith aavai ous paarubrehum lugai n thuthee vaao ||1|| ||if you then come to remember the Supreme Lord God, even the hot wind shall not touch you. 24;|1|| vaheguroo vaheguroooo....

vaheguroo jee i do believe that eatting meat and eggs is wrong...i became a veg recently..its only been about 8-10 months (since sept 02)....the reason i stopped eatting was...meat is meat and how i see it..eatting humn meat is no different than eattin chickhen meat....so woudl you want toget human meat?..i think not...so that is the reason why i dont eat meat..another reason that i recently enoutnered was..the suleman recording..i dont knw if you all remember that, but it was arecording of a spirit in a boy body talkin to sant ishar singh ji...member? well..n that recording the spirit was asked wat he eats..and he said, we eat anything we can....and when we go into a humans body, its easier for his to live if the person eats meat...im not sayin that if u eat meat ur gonna get a spirt in you or anythng..itsjust somethign to think about..this spirits eat the nastiest food imaginable ...and the fact that they can live in a body that eats meat..is just creepy to me...if u dont belive me, you guys can listen to the recording..it was posted on here awhile ago... but yea..i believe eatting meat is wrong....its just another pleasure for the man..and we must stay away from distractions as much as we can... bhull chuk maf vaheguroo jee
