  1. Yes, coaches will be going from all over the United Kingdom....Please contact your local gurdwara for details, if they don't know, then please contact EMCG who are organising all transport going to and from Loughbrough. All the event will be covered through video, audio and Photographs.
  2. Many of you have heard, listened to and respect Sant Baba Hari Singh Randhave Vale - he has openly done veechaar about this Swami and supports them. His veechaar last night was quite amazing actually. Everyone who walked into that divaan bowed ONLY to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Anyone who has issues with this, can easily take it up with Baba Ji, or can contact Nanaksar Thath for clarification.
  3. Please note we only get information from EMCG on what to put on the posters and it would be better if you contact them over who will be attending and who won't be. 4. We have the recordings from Sant Mani Singhs' "Question and Answers" session which took place 12 years back in 1996 at Sikhi Camp. It was originally recorded on tape which is why the quality is a little "antique" but nevertheless, you should all have a listen - we have converted it and posted it online. His way of thinking was absolutely amazing and inspirational... http://www.sikhroots.com/audio/standalone....Sikhi+Camp+1996 SikhRoots Team
  5. Just a slight mistake on the title - the event is in Coventry NOT Leicester (thanks Ranz for pointing that out!) Mods, please make the change when you get a moment
  6. Dear saadh sangat jee, We have kirtan darbaars here in the United Kingdom every weekend at almost every Gurdwara. We often give money to the keertani / raagi's on stage to help them keep spreading the Word of the Guru through Gurbani Shabad Kirtan. But now, over 10 keertani jathas from all over have got together to raise money for charity at this one-off special event in Leicester. See the poster below for the list of keertani, times etc. If you are able to come, then please do so. This is all for charity, and on top of that you will get laahaa of glorious Gurbani Kirtan and the Saadh Sangat. The funds are being raised for the Guru Nanak Blind Ashram in Phagwara and you can find out more by going along to www.littleblindpeople.com On a side note to this, SikhRoots would just like to thank and praise Bhai Juggy Singh from Coventry for his efforts to raise money for this charity, and of course Guru Maharaj - our King of Kings. Admin : Please can you make this a sticky for the next 7 days

  10. We will try and get a better quality recording of someone. Unfortunatley we weren't at the program to make this happen and someone else done the seva of giving us the audio from the program. Thanks.
  11. On a personal note, i am really saddened to hear of his departure I listen to one particular shabad at night on my playlist... brings back some great memories for me dating back 5 years. I always thought one day when i grow older, i would be able to do his darshan. I guess thats a lesson for me not to take time for granted. Anyway, if you want to listen to the shabad, just click the link below: http://www.sikhroots.com/audio/Keertani%20...0Man%20Mera.mp3
  12. Audio CDs for sale from the whole UK Tour here: http://ksuk.org/index.php?option=com_virtu...2&Itemid=37 Video DVDs are also up online, for sale here: http://ksuk.org/index.php?option=com_virtu...6&Itemid=37
  13. The Gurdwara is NOT taking Maharaj's saroop to this venue. The Granthi's have also said they are not going. There is a "Gurmeet Singh" in that area who knows about this - and has Maharaj's saroop at his home. He is a Gursikh and may not be the one taking Maharajs saroop to the venue - but he is the one who knows more about this. In addition, it is the bride who has insisted she does not want her wedding at a Gurdwara but at this venue.
  14. No dont get off J10 - u need to go to M42 (j6 i think) If you are already in Wolverhampton (J10 M6) then you need to just follow signs to Birmingham and then follow the signposts to Bham airport but i would suggest you go southbound from J10 to J4 on to the M42 and take J6 or whatever the signs say from there.
