  1. Hey everyone, I'm new to this site and this is my first post. I recently got into Sikhi and for the last 4 months, I have been so into reading history and prayer as well. What I don't understand is different websites. Panj bani paath is what I don't understand. Are the five...3 in morning 1 evening 1 at night. Or is there 5 in the morning and then 1 in evening and 1 at night. 2 or 3 websites contradict each other. Which ones do we have to read. I'm so confused. Please don't laugh or judge me. What are the 5 and when do you do them? Some say 3 in morning and some say 5
  2. WGJKK WGJKKFCan one of the siane Singhs on here shed some light on rehat of doing seva after peshi and completing tankha. If someone takes amrit as a child/teenager, commits a bujjar kurehit and completes peshi / tankha as an adult, what sevas are they restricted from doing?I heard they cannot do seva in punj during amrit sachar, does this stand for above scenario as well (taking amrit in young age and peshi as adult)? What about pahradar or granthi during amrit sachar? What about receiving Panja di degh after diwan? Seva in panj for nishan sahib seva or making a gurmatta?

I see many of you are back and forth with arguments on whether you personally think women should be allowed or not to do Panj pyara di seva, and I wanted to chime in just to say a couple things. 1. Nowhere has Guru Gobind Singh Ji written that women are not allowed. Nor did he ever write explicitly that it must always be males. Some of you try to make

  5. Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh Can Gursikhs please do vichaar on the Panj Kalishas? These are the five causes of worry/distress. Not sure if that's the right word. Yes, I'm feeling low. They are Avididha, Raag, Dvaikh, Asaamita and Abhinivesh. What are they and how can we over come them? What are some practical steps? *To the Gurmukhs who will come and post do abhiyaas (you're one hundred percent right) many thanks for your contribution but looking to explore these Panj Kalishas from both a spiritual and academic angle* Wahegurujikakhalsawahegurujikifateh
